Months later, the deck was still getting stain all over our feet, but the previous company kept telling us that was normal. (It wasn't.) I reached out to the company that produces the stain (Expert Stain and Seal) and they recommended Justen at Making all Things New Deck & Fence Care. He came out to our house and walked me through what needed to be done to fix it and encouraged me to reach out to the other company with that information. The other company completely ignored us and after a week of trying to contact them we gave up. Justen then came and fixed our deck by completely removing the previous stain, cleaned the deck, and sanded and stained it for us. The kicker is that he did this completely free of charge for us. (And Expert Stain and Seal also provided the stain, free of charge as well.) I am blown away by his kindness and expertise. You just don't find companies anymore that go the extra mile for their customers and Making All Things New went way beyond that. Thank you to Justen and all his workers that helped us out of a messy situation, we recommend them to everyone!

After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!
