The head person threatened us, saying they'd tear down this $hi**y fence, would throw it in our yard and leave all of it for us to clean up. This was unnecessarily aggressive and highly unprofessional. If you're considering hiring this company, I encourage you to read their many reviews, which describe the owner as verbally aggressive and hostile, plus the business's replies calling their customers liars. We witnessed this first-hand yesterday and the owner unleashed with vitriol on Nextdoor when we shared the facts about our interactions, and then deleted all of their comments (which is also telling, as their accusations were inappropriate). Buyer beware and make sure to read the Fence Boss reviews and do a background check before you decide to go with these folks-- this wasn't an isolated incident, but a pattern of behavior with past customers.
