We've had FISH do our windows twice. We initially called them based on a reference from a friend…read more Each time the FISH team has been great. The communication from beginning to end is timely and clear. The guys that do the windows are respectful and good. I always walk around the place with them at the end to check on the windows. When I ask them to redo something or clean something that isn't done to my satisfaction they always do it. This second cleaning we found scratches on our window a week after they left and I thought they did it. They came out to check, said they didn't do it, and the manager offered to pay half for a window replacement because it was a "he said, she said" situation. I called the window company that installed our windows and when they came out they found that the scratches are between the double panes so FISH could not have done it. I admire FISH for the way they respected me and handled my concerns. I highly recommend FISH for their window cleaning service and their integrity.
