I took my ford escape there because my front end got damaged in an accident. One of the things that they had to replace was my radiator. By the time I got home my "check engine" light was on and so I took it to my mechanic and found out they didn't plug in the radiator fan! We called them cause we had a bill from my mechanic and felt thy should pay for it and they first gave us the run around saying they never touched or unplugged the fan.. what?!? Really!? We were supposed to get a call back from Rick and never did, so we called back today and Rick told my husband that his lawyer said that my car wouldn't have made it back to Kansas without the fan plugged in... Again, What!?! Your lawyer said! He is not a mechanic! Bottom line, stay away from this company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have rust on the bottom rear corners of my rear doors…read moreon the outside and inside edge of the doors. I asked them to remove all rust and only paint that bottom corner (not paint the entire door). The incompetent estimator advised he could do what I asked and blend in the paint so it would be really hard to tell. He quoted me $200 per door. I agreed and they scheduled the work for almost two weeks later because they are SOOOO busy. Today the work was done so I went to pick it up. They taped off the area and it looks like they just covered it with a thick rubber paint like a Rhino coating. Ok not what I expected and certainly NOT BLENDED IN like he quoted but ok I will live with it. Then I opened the door and found THEY DID NOTHING WITH THE RUST ON THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE DOOR. When I confronted them he told me that it was because I told him I didn't want the entire door painted. WTF?!!! NO I didn't want the entire door painted. Just the corner rust removed and painted. He tried to tell me that I specifically told him not to fix the rust on the inside. WTF AGAIN!!!! That is what/why I specifically went there!! Then he said he told me, at the time of the estimate, the job would be $1,000 to fix all the rust and that I didn't want to pay that cost so I settled for the lesser awful job they did at $400. He NEVER said ANY other price during the original estimate other than the $400. Where he came up with that BS story about $1,000 I have no idea. I told him what I wanted, he knew what I wanted, he quoted me what I wanted, and then their people did an awful job and now he doesn't want to deal with it cause they are so busy. I guess they are busy enough that they don't care about their customers now. This place has NO CUSTOMER IN THEIR SERVICE. I won't ever go back there and will be taking every opportunity to advise others about what happened to me.

Several months ago while I was on my way to work, a truck from 51 Auto Body was behind me. This guy…read morewas on my rear for the better part of a mile, and I mean *extremely*, dangerously close. I was already going 5 mph over the limit, and had very young son with me. When there was a passing lane he sped over to that lane going at least 50mph We both came to a red light; I was turning right, he was turning left (this is how I saw the 51 Auto Body name on the side of the truck). He was in such a hurry that he turned left on a red light, paying no attention to the cars coming from both directions. Fast forward to today. On my way to work, here comes a 51 Auto Body truck to a stop sign, while I was heading straight with no stop sign. The truck didn't stop and pulled out in front of me and then sped up. He had to have been going at least 50 in a 35. Whoever it is driving these trucks appears to have no idea there are other people on the road with them. Slow down, follow the road rules, and be safe, for crying out loud! I would never ever use their services because it's apparent that they feel they get to make and follow their own rules.

I brought them my vehicle to quote a repair. After I was quoted and told it would be in the shop…read morefor a week I set up the appointment two weeks out. When I brought them the vehicle they took it and never said anything was going to be different. After a week I called to see the progress and was told they were still waiting on parts and that it could be there for another two weeks. I guess I'm confused why someone didn't tell me they didn't have the parts to fix my vehicle when I brought it in for the repair appointment. We could have rescheduled or I could have taken it to a different shop. The bill is over $7,000 and I'm just blown away that for that amount of money they can't preform very basic business practices. I understand that they wanted the big payday but that shouldn't come at the expense of my time. I will NEVER bring a vehicle here again. I will actively tell the people I meet and know not to ever come to this shop.
