Highly recommend Claro if you're dealing with a mold problem. These guys will take your issues…read moreseriously! We purchased a new home where the prior owners had not maintained their 12yo HVAC and the house had a bad smell to it. We learned the HVAC had been leaking evaporant, leading to mold growth throughout the duct work that spread across the entire house. When I called explaining the situation Nick was very knowledgeable and had seen this issue before. He explained the potential health impacts of mold and the safety and efficacy of dry fog remediation treatment. (They have a lot of cool studies you can check out on their website too.) Jason came out to perform testing and he and Nick walked through the home with us to take a look at everything. Once we had results back, they scheduled us within a week for service. What was interesting to us is that dry fog doesn't just treat the visible places where your eye can see mold growth, it seeps into the nooks and crannies throughout the house to ensure what you can't see is addressed too. The pricing for everything was very reasonable for treating the entire house. Nick also had a great recommendation to integrate a de-humidifier directly into our ductwork to keep humidity in our basement-system low moving forward. They then plan to come out for re-testing in 6mo just to ensure we're continuing to stay mold free. Nick and Jason were great to work with and helped us feel better about staying in our house long-term. Absolutely give them a call if you're having a mold issue!

Turns out we had mold growing in our HVAC from moisture around the AC coils. We first had a water restoration company come out and give us a bid for remediation because we thought insurance would cover it. Insurance wouldn't pay and we couldn't afford their price so I wen't searching for an option that wouldn't require me to replace the HVAC. A friend directed me to Claro. Said they could fog the house and kill the mold. So I called and Nick and Jason came out the next day. Their bid was 1/5th the price and they would treat the whole house, not just the HVAC. So we did it and I can't even describe how much better everyone feels. The air just feels cleaner and the AC coils look brand new. If you're dealing with mold or air quality issues, call these guys first. Seriously impressed.

The best way for this company to improve is to close their doors! This has to be the worst company…read moreI have ever had to deal with. Don't even consider them! Run the other way! I hired ATI after the General manager Gus and his project director, Celeste came to my residence to evaluate the damage from an ice dam that caused major water damage in my formal living room. After hearing them tell me how great their company is and that the work here was not that bad (for them) and assured me that the work would take the most 4-5 weeks. ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER, ATI still had not completed the work!! It was noticeable that the project mgr assigned to me hailed from Cali and he (Mike) was well trained. Farthest from the truth! He was too busy running his mouth than doing what his job was; bring in material that his crew would need. When he first appeared with material, it was the wrong size wood. He tried to convince his carpenter to use it. When it was obvious it did NOT match, he had no choice to exchange it for the proper cut. Another time he brought the wrong paint but tried to convince us and his painter it would be a match. IT WASN'T! Again he had to exchange the paint and it all had to be repainted. It was obvious this ' project mgr' could not schedule anything. He never followed through with dates he claimed to have reserved. Nothing ever happened on those dates and unless I would call to inquire where his crew were, only then did he tell me it had to be rescheduled; causing me to miss numerous a heckled studio sessions. When they finally took down my front ten foot x five foot storm window, they tore off much of the weatherstripping. This is a custom weatherstripping that is made specially for my storm window. Made from rubber and over the years it wore in certain areas. When I brought it to the crews attention, they phoned the 'project mgr Mark' to explain that it needs to be replaced. Standing right there I could hear this worthless person say, "fk it! Put it up anyway." I stoped it and called him and asked why he would not properly install the weatherstripping before putting the window back. He used the excuse he had to contact my insurance adjuster to approve more money before they would pick it up. What a load of bullsh*t!!! The cost for the stripping was less than $25. Even when I spoke with my adjuster she was furious that they reinstalled the entire storm window WITHOUT proper weatherstripping; knowing I would have to again correct their failure and negligence. Now it's been 10 days and no word from ATI. Since the project mgr told them to leave after the window was put back, and 10 days gave past, I assumed they walked off the job and claimed they were done. So now I had to go out and hire another company to complete the big list of items they never even did. Here's where it shows what kind of a company ATI really is. I received my invoice and was shocked to see that this company had the balls to charge me for everything that was listed on the work order; knowing that they never did a lot of the work. I sent back a letter outlining their absurd invoice and outline ALL their no work orders. I gave no problem paying for the completed work. But I am NOT paying for any of the work they never performed and the cost for going the front window. Why? Simple I had to go out and hire another company to correct their lousy work and I'm not paying double. I'll leave this review AS IS. I will correct this once I see their response. I'm ready to take this wherever this company wants to go! So is TN Attorney Generals's Office. I'll be leaving this with the BBB TN as well. Go anywhere else! Just not with ATI.

The mess was maddening but more concerning was the potential water damage. I called my insurance agent to ask about next steps and they gave me ProCare's name along with one other company. Not knowing which one to call, I took a gamble and called ProCare. I am so glad I did! Steve arrived at my home about 2 hours after my initial call to ProCare. He checked for moisture under and around the sink. Luckily, there was no real damage. He did not charge me for coming out to check. If we ever have any other fire or water damage in the future, you can be sure I'm going to call ProCare! I appreciated the quick and professional service.
