I tried to call and talk to them before I wrote review. They told me not to call back again after one call. Dee Dee told me they would call by end of day. Another lie. But it's ok you look so bad. Everything I said was true so let me tell you why is this company scared to talk to me. I have everything written down. Everything!!!

If you voice concern about the care your loved one is getting Dee Dee will make excuses for the aids not doing their job and or blame their lazy work on the fact that they were only allowed to come out once a day 5 days a week due to Medicare... Megan, one of the aids will leave your loved one in dirty clothes and soaked depends and won't even attempt to bathe them because the mood they are in that day. Oh and she will bring her boyfriends kids with her to your house and let them sit outside in the car. So she will rush out of the house and won't take the time to care for your loved one because she is too worried about the kids in the car and the plans that she has! Which I feel is so unprofessional to bring kids or anyone to the house where you know you will be working (or should be working.) I just don't think that represents the company very well and doesn't show very good professionalism for Megan. Makes me question how often she was rushing off and not giving my grandma in-law the care she needed because she had kids in the car?! ...We also had Elizabeth an LPN come out 2 times a week to fill the pill container and call in refills when needed. Which she did a pretty good job of. But she will turn a blind eye if she comes over and sees your loved one in a soaked depends and or in dirty clothes and will continue to do her job filling the pill container and walk right out! She won't even attempt to help change your loved one and or call Megan (the aid she works close with) to let her know that she is needing cleaned up! Even though they communicate often by phone calls and texting! I would look elsewhere for care for your loved ones. I regret ever hiring them to "help" because all they did was cause more work for us and hassle than it was worth. You have been warned!
