Mary and Caylie (student) came to my home. In 2 weeks I had made huge improvements and received such praise. Very encouraging. Mary and her student gave me incentive, provided alternate suggestions for exercises. They kept physical therapy challenging, relatively pain free, included me in the plan of my care. There was another PT that subbed for Mary while she was on vacation. The other PT was good but did not measure up to Mary. When Mary returned after her vacation, I continued improvement. Mary is a really good person and she is tops as a physical therapist. I would recommend her and Interim for physical therapy.

The company is understaffed, some of the people who answer their main number are very unprofessional, some are good but even one person with an attitude in a hospice company should not be tolerated. Id try a different company if I were you. Hospice tells me what meds to use and why and I administer them, . For my spouses' case (some patients may be different). Palliative care teams at Via Christi say consult the social worker? Why? Is the social worker going to help me turn my spouse to change him? Cut the B.S. One of my B.A.s is in Psy. It doesn't take a Psy major to see through the B.S. and gaslighting. My bath aid has an attitude a mile long, she is pushy and bossy and got angry with me because I used so many gloves cleaning up my spouses diarrhea.. I'd try another company if I were you. From day one I didn't get a good feeling as the main in take director nurse seemed very unfriendly. Usually the nurses who come out are very good, but just a few other personalities make it a bad experience.. My mother and brother in law had a different company that I was used to being around that was like night and day with this company. I chose this company due to the reviews online and I am so so happy I did. The nurse came out late that afternoon and was there till 6:30. The nurse was out the following afternoon my father had declined even more. Our hospice nurse made arrangements to get a hospital bed that afternoon even though such short notice. Our meds had not been delivered and she left to get them so we would have comfort meds thru the night.She returned first thing the following morning and was there with us when my father passed. Despite some minor problems I just cannot recommend this company enough. My appreciation for what they did for my father and family is beyond wordss

The meals are almost always good with nice portion sizes. Unfortunately they have a lot of turnover making the residents wait for long periods of time to get drinks and meals. I am lactose intolerant and unfortunately can't eat a lot of meat without being ill. Throwing up after major spine surgery is not recommended! They told me they "do not do special diets" and a couple of times I didn't get a meal. I have no relatives so was pretty helpless. Not their fault,I know, but reasonable accommodation would be good. Some clothes were lost or damaged by the laundry. On the flip side, they are one of the best facilities in the area for post-op physical therapy! The comfort and care provided generally are excellent but for some reason too many employees were judgmental. Still, I will use them again.
