They will schedule appointments out for months in advance and then fail to cancel them when you call to say you are not able to make the appointment or let them know that you will no longer be coming in due to their inability to treat your issue. I was billed for multiple appointments after saying that I would no longer be coming in. Not only that but they cited my reasons for "missing" appointments as work even though I was unable to work for several months during that time.

There was always the choice of doing your therapy in the big open room or in smaller private settings. They try to accommodate you whenever possible with scheduling . I am satisfied.

She had a very hands off approach but provided comforting vibes any time she entered the room and when everything was gearing up during the main event. Since birth, she has been helpful anytime my husband or I need to check in about something. If we were to ever have another, we'd choose Miracle Moments Midwifery in a heartbeat.

They also don't keep the seats in the back. So my dog had to lay on the floor. She was very rude. Treated me like an object. Would only talk to my aide. Refused to speak to me unless she was yelling about dog hair. Absolutely ridiculous. Then she told us to call ten min before we were ready to leave the appointment. We called when we were waiting on labs. They took a little longer than we expected. She literally just pulled up two minutes before we came out and acted all angry about it. Then had the audacity to keep slamming on the brakes and the gas making my dog slide around. Also she had the windows up and suddenly wasn't allergic to dog hair.. weird.. Never again. I will cancel every time they schedule with them.
