    They really qualified as a zero stars with the exception of the Dr was was genuinely concerned…read moreafter he potentially broke my husbands rib in the adjustment. Now for the front desk witch....... she was super unfriendly when we got there, shooting us disgusted looks while we were waiting. Then when we left the Dr gave him an ice pack because he was sure he had broken his rib and knew he was in pain. During the checkout process the super unfriendly front desk person who should not be in customer service, starts pushing the packages on him. Mind you at this point we are considering whether to even come back. He tells them that if he decides to come back he will consider the package at that point. She looks at him and says well if you don't want a package then I can't let you have the ice pack! I said seriously? He just was adjusted and the Dr potentially broke his rib. She said in a very snotty way sorry Ice packs are only for paying package members. Customer service goes a long way, especially in getting repeat customers. The joint would've been great for him since is nationwide and he's an OTR driver. Instead this was our first and our last visit and I will make sure everyone knows what happened. Management should really look into whether said person is really beneficial to their daily business or whether they could find an actual customer service oriented and friendly face for their customers Update: I renewed the rating to a 3 from a 1. The franchise owner Monique reached out to me with some reassurance. Offered to refund his office visit, gave him a free visit in hopes he will give them another chance. Also reassured me that is not the way they do business and had they let me speak to the manager when I requested it she would've definitely send him with the ice pack. It helped reduce my anger and the whole situation however good customer service, being a genuine concerned person over your patient who is standing there with a possible broken rib and just being kind in general would've made things a lot easier from the get go.
