Neither were helping, was recommended to seek a physical therapist. Made appointment for a Thursday. Went in to see Kiersten, she did an exam had me walk a little and then went to work. Did some stretching and performed dry needling. Given some homework stretches and sent on my way. I was able to walk out with much less pain. The following day was much improved to the point of I was able to return to work on Monday. After suffering for 2 weeks, I was finally able to resume normal life. It seems like a lot of people have had good results here and thats great. But if you're like me, and the surgery doesn't work like intended, the doctors will treat you terribly. While I was under their care, I posted a negative review because of the bad treatment on google reviews. They saw that review and Dr. Livermore apparently got pissed and lost his temper - That's what they told me when I came in. They told me to sign something saying I would be "released to find another provider". At the time i just signed it without thinking. Turns out it was a patient/client separation where I was waiving my rights to be seen. They cancelled my physical therapy immediately after this and I was unable to get treatment for over a month fresh after my shoulder surgery. 2 years later and my shoulder still doesn't work properly, but at this point im too scared to even try to approach another shoulder specialist in the area because they all know eachother. Rachelle and Dr Livermore willingly and knowingly led a 22 year old patient into signing a document that would remove their ability to get needed physical therapy. And they did it because they were mad about an honest google review.
