I was really there for the reflexology because of plantar fasciitis. The foot massage was good, but he didn't go near my heels at all, just toes to mid-foot. When I asked if he would work on my heels, he said no... but in his defense I don't know that he understood me. So I didn't get what I came for. The back massage felt great and my only complaint is I wish there had been time for more. If you want a basic massage and good foot massage, this is your place. If you need something specific... they aren't going to ask you what you need, and if you ask for what you need, you might not get it. They don't ask how it was or how you feel after. Did I enjoy it? For the price, yes. Will I come back? Not worth the trek from Woodstock for me.

I advised her that I did not have a record of a call or voice mail from them; neither did I have an email. She could have cared less. She again stated their policies. When I asked who to contact at corporate she pointed to a sign on the wall that was located across the room.
