I would strongly recommend Trusted Caregivers. Our 99-year old friend was still living alone (at some distance from us) but had reached the point at which she needed assistance in maintaining her apartment a few days a week. The first caregiver was absolutely excellent, quickly establishing a rapport with my friend and gaining her complete confidence, which enabled her to help my friend in many ways she never knew she needed, as well as to overcome her resistance to taking care of some things she had often resisted. The caregiver was confident, friendly and reassuring, and my friend began looking forward to her visits. She was also good about communicating with us after each visit so we knew where things stood. When the caregiver left for several weeks on vacation, an interim replacement was provided who also proved totally excellent and who, while much younger, was completely capable and also established a good rapport with our friend. I cannot speak too highly of the quality of assistance our friend received through Trusted Caregivers. read more

I highly recommend Trusted Caregivers. My Mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June. By August she needed 24hr care. We had a caregiver for M-F days but needed someone for evenings and weekends. Everyone Sanam sent was wonderful. Experienced and caring. Never late, never left me without coverage. I even had a caregiver on Christmas. By November she was completely bedridden. My mother required medications to be given, she needed to be fed, diapers to be changed and they knew how to use the Purewick Catheter System (which I highly recommend). We had a hoya lift to get her in the wheelchair and they were all experienced in it's operation. At the end, I was so grateful for Iva, her experience told her my Mom was transitioning and it would be soon. I had time to call the family to come and we were all at her bedside when she passed. I am forever grateful to these angels. Thank you. read more

As the administrator of a healthcare organization, I can truly say that Trusted Caregivers is a very professional and dependable caregiving agency. They go out of their way to ensure that our patients/their clients get great care. Being that they are a smaller agency, they are easy to work with and are able to provide a more personalized experience for their clients and families. They are able to staff quickly with reliable and trustworthy caregivers. One attribute that truly stands out about this organization is their Great Communication. Their owner, Sanam, is always available and goes above and beyond to ensure patient and family satisfaction. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. Their caregivers are also very compassionate and well-matched to the client's needs. This company is thoughtfully run and holds itself to a higher standard. I recommend Trusted Caregivers to anyone looking for reliable, responsive, and high-quality home care. read more

To think I actually considered your inexperienced agency..Sanam almost forces her staff on you. And she charged my credit card$1032 for services not rendered. You should look forward to hearing from the company lawyer if the charges are not removed.. read more

I reached out to trusted caregivers because I knew I needed help at home, not just for my own aftercare, but also to help with my children. Eva was an angel. She immediately figured out my schedule of meds and made sure I take them at the right time, she prepared meals, ran errands, cleaned the house, got my kids ready for school, packed their lunch, drove me to my appointments and helped me with everything. I felt so comfortable and worry free. I highly recommend Sanam and her team. read more

Amazing service, very caring and professional staff. Would definitely use continue using them. Thank you!

We interviewed two possible agencies to help us find a caregiver for our mother and ultimately went with this one. We were not disappointed. Sanam helped us find a fantastic caregiver. She worked part time at first, then full time as our mother's Lewy body dementia advanced. The caregiver not only helped with care but also with basic household tasks. We couldn't have managed that last year of our mother's life without her and without Trusted Caregivers. Would definitely recommend. read more

Finding caregivers for your loved one(s) is a terrifying prospect, especially when coupled with an urgent timeline. That's the scenario my family found ourselves in a few months ago. My mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness in a very short period of time. My father was her primary caregiver and was so overwhelmed that he couldn't handle finding caregivers for when she would come home on hospice. So I called around to various agencies and got quotes. They were all very kind and compassionate but Trusted Caregivers really stood out to me. Sanam answered the phone personally and we chatted about our situation and time sensitivity needs. After consulting with my father about all the options, I suggested we go with TCs. The day we brought my mother home, Brenda was already waiting for us. Brenda had the 8am-8pm shift (per our request and her desire to work that many hours) and she was incredible. She took such excellent care of my mother during her final days and showed incredible compassion for our situation. She even did light housework! In the evenings we had Sandra from 9pm-5am. She was an utter gem and I felt so good knowing that mom was taken care of during the night by such a great woman. Sandra personally requested that she work all the nights for as long as we needed and I made sure to double check that she wouldn't be too exhausted or overwhelmed with that shift. She was adamant on taking it and we're so grateful for her sacrifice and compassion. My mother passed away peacefully 2.5 days after coming home. Our situation was really difficult and the time constraints ("Hi, can you start on Monday and it's currently Friday and we need 24/7 care?") were tough. But Sanam and her ladies made us feel so well taken care of that I 100% would recommend TCs to anyone. It's so hard to know if you're getting a good agency for your loved one and I want you to know of our experience. You can expect the best care, compassion, and kindness from these women, and could not be in better hands. I highly recommend Trusted Caregivers and thank Sanam for all of her help. She even called me the week after my mother passed to check on me! That is service and dedication. Thank you again, Sanem, Brenda, and Sandra. You meant the world to us during an extraordinarily difficult time and we're forever grateful. read more

Very professional and courteous. Would definitely use their services again. Felt very safe and they are trained well. Very quick to respond when I had a question. 100% recommend read more

Trusting someone else to provide care for your most loved one is not easy. In my case, my mother, whom I love most in the world went into hospice care at my home. The caregivers were indeed trustworthy. They were caring, attentive and professional. Both Yolanda and Cheryl were big blessing for me and my mom. The quality of the caregivers were top notch. I am grateful to these ladies. Thank you. While I am an avid Yelp user, this is the first time I was inclined to write a review. read more

Trusted Caregivers is one of the best caregiver companies I could trust my aunt. Sanam who is the president of the company is very attentive and makes sure her caregivers are doing the best job, and checks in regularly. They are very sensitive with Covid situation and it extra makes me feel that my aunt is in professional and safe hands! Thank you for excellent job! read more

Sanam at Trusted Caregivers came through at a time when I really needed it. My brother needed overnight care following a minor medical procedure. I have kids at home and a busy business, and I couldn't do it myself. Ordinarily, they wouldn't take such a small job because he only needed transportation to and from the hospital, and then someone present overnight and through the next day at home until he recovered from anesthesia. Nonetheless, Sanam found me help and made it easy. She and her team dealt with a couple of hiccups along the way (not caused by them at all) smoothly and professionally. This company provided service for my family member, and I will trust them to do it again when I need their help. read more

I still can't believe how accommodating Sanam and her team were during my friend's trial with cancer. We needed overnight caregiving, and I'm embarrassed to admit this but I gave such short notice (on a Sunday night over a holiday weekend!!) and Trusted CareGivers came through. I continued with 24hr care a week later and every person who came by the house was friendly, personable, and competent. I received near-instantaneous return phone calls and emails. Again, I reached Sanam on a Sunday night over the holiday and she answerer! This group is on top of their game! I don't find service like this anywhere else (especially in a digital world where people seem so anonymous). Thank you again. read more

The care that my mother and father received was outstanding. The scheduling happened on very short notice. My mother required 24 hour care. The caregivers transitioned easily each day, and informed one another regarding medications, and my mother's status during the shifts that they worked. They were helpful and willing to do whatever was needed. The owner of Trusted Caregivers was organized, reachable, professional, and kind. I live a few hundred miles away from my aging parents. The peace of mind that I had knowing that my parents were compassionately cared for helped ease my mind. I will definitely use Trusted Care Givers again when the need for care arrises. read more

Words don't even explain my sincere thanks for the help that Trusted Caregivers gave to me and my family. It's hard finding a caregiver -particularly if you aren't from the area. Saman helped me find the right caregiver and went beyond the call of duty helping me find a mobile doctor. She is available at all hours of the day and is always helpful and caring. Definitely the best care giving service. Thanks again for taking care of my family. read more

So I typically don't write for services such as these, especially ones that I have not directly used myself. However, for this company I just had to. My friend got a rhinoplasty done and through this service she was picked up by a nurse and driven home, the nurse took really good care of her, checked in on her often (did some nurse stuff, really don't know), and made sure my friend ate! Normally I'd chalk this all up to just good service and not write as I mentioned earlier but the nurse was so friendly that I had to. The nurse asked me not to mention their name and humbly said "just doing my job". Good job guys! read more

I was reffered to Trusted Caregivers by a friend and am so grateful to have found them! My grandmother was recently in a really bad car accident and needs a lot of help getting back up on her feet and with her daily tasks. Sanam set us up with caregiver Tiffany. Tiffany has gone above and beyond with helping my grandmother. We know her healing will be a slow process, so we have signed with trusted caregivers for 4 hours a day, 3 times a week until her full recovery. They are kind, professional and extremely patient. Would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a caregiver in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. Thanks again Sanam and Tiffany! read more

A friend of mine recently advised that her family member was seeking an at home caregiver. I like to think of myself as a company and client matchmaker. And I happen to have been in the know about Trusted Caregivers, a company that was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. I decided to reach out to them around 8pm one day to help my friend get started in the process, and because their office was closed, I left a message. Within the first hour of leaving my message I had someone return my call and they were able to set services up for the following morning! True diligence and essence of time was displayed. The name says it all. Couldn't be happier. read more

I contacted Trusted Caregivers during the pandemic when I was trying to find some additional care for my parents who were living on their own without any family nearby to help out. Sanam spent time with me getting know what my parents needed and also met with them. She worked with us to find the right person to help out my parents with shopping, cooking, cleaning, medication management, etc. She followed up to make sure that caregiver was a good fit for my parents. She was very easy to communicate with over the phone, text and emails. Over time, my mom ended up moving to an assisted living facility and Sanam worked with me find a different, more highly skilled caregiver, Cheryl, to assist my dad with his particular needs and grooming. Both Sanam and Cheryl were wonderfully warm, caring and helpful to my dad with both his personal needs and his sadness over my mom's move. My dad has since also had to move into a care home, but I still feel supported by Sanam and know that if I my parents need additional care, she will help provide it to them. I strongly recommend this service if you need help for a loved one. read more

I am so happy with The Trusted Caregivers and Sanam. I broke my ankle and was unable to walk on my foot. I thought I would be having surgery and would need a caregiver to help me. I intervied Sanam and felt that her caregivers would me a good match for me. I ended up not needing surgery or her services on a daily basis but was in need of someone to help me get to several doctor appointments (all in one day). Although they don't normally do one day services Sanam was able to provide me with a caregiver for the day(9hours). Julia prepared a late morning meal, transported me to Kaiser and pushed me around in a wheelchair to three doctor appointments. Julia stayed with me and provided support during these appointments. We had a late lunch when we got home. She washed dishes, cleaned my stove and counters and did some light dusting. I felt as if I had spent the day with a caring friend. Thank you Sanam for sending Julia. I believe you or your loved one would be well taken care of with The Trusted Caregivers, I would not hesitate to use ther services again if I needed help. read more
