Dynamic Health Services company was recommended after major surgery for post-op care. I was told they would send nurses and therapists including physical and occupational. One of the nurses and the occupational therapist were excellent. However, their physical therapist came once, looked like a gang member, seemed high on drugs, and did no therapy with me other than a short walk down the block. When I first called the case manager about this, she promised to send another physical therapist. However, I never heard from her again, in spite of my many calls and voicemails. What a shame that this company's administration is so shoddy, bringing a dark shadow over my overall recovery process, as well as the two very competent helpers. NOT RECOMMENDED read more

I am so incredibly grateful to have learned about Dynamic Nursing from a neighbor who has been using their service for years. My 90 year old mother was deteriorating fast, went into in home hospice and I needed help fast for her as I live across the country on the east coast and had a very short time to get everything in place for her. I tried Care.com as well as 2 other agencies (who never called me back after the first contact! Like wow I am ready to start your service as a paying customer and you dont even follow up). I was told by a neighbor about Dynamic, called them and they were truly amazing! Sammi the case manager was so kind, compassionate, generous with her time and fabulously responsive every step of the way. From the time of my first contact with her to the time we had someone in place to come stay with my mom on a daily basis was 24 hours. Truly remarkable service. Sammi even came herself on the first day of service to meet us and make sure we had all we needed. Talk about personal care. The caregiver, Angella was so kind, compassionate and loving toward us and mom. We could not have asked for a better experience for our mother and I will forever rave about Dynamic Nursing to anyone who will listen. Don't even bother calling other agencies - save your time and go to the best. In early 2022 my then 89-year-old mother's loss of mobility and cognition required that my brother and I find her apart-time Caregiver. We were referred to Dynamic In-Home Care by her primary physician, and within a few days of contacting them, we interviewed one of their Caregivers, who ended up being a perfect fit for two years. In early 2024 her needs increased, and Dynamic's Hospice Care division was proactive in helping us transition to this next phase. From our initial interview, we were very excited to engage Dynamic for our 97-year-old parents who needed some day-to-day caregiving. Everyone at the agency has been extremely caring and professional. The caregivers are able to assist with daily medications and also preparing food and household chores. They also take my parents to various medical appointments. In my opinion, the agency goes above and beyond and they always check in to see how we're doing. I highly recommend this agency for caregiving and I know they also offer skilled nursing and hospice services as well. I have NEVER experienced care like that provided by Dynamic Nursing! Firstly, the office staff is quick to reply, genuinely caring, and professional! Secondly (and most importantly), my experience with Dynamic's nursing care has been nothing short of STELLAR! My first aide, "Lie" was with me, when 911 was called. She handled the situation in a calm and caring manner! When the paramedics were on their way, Lie asked me for - and gathered - all of my necessities for the hospital (phone, phone charger, etc). That was so professional of her...and she wouldn't leave me alone, until the paramedics arrived. Now I have "Mika" helping me. I also don't have enough positive things to say about Mika! She stays with me at all times, and she, too, goes above and beyond the call of duty, always having my safety, home cleanliness, and meal preparation at the forefront of her care! She even takes my BP and pulse readings upon her arrival and when she leaves. She showers me and helps get me ready, gives me foot and leg massages, does light housekeeping, prepares meals, and even drives me to my appointments (I trust her to drive my car, as she does so carefully and safely). Very high quality home health care agency. (I should know; I worked with 3 different agencies in 2 states who provided support to my father over 1.5 years.) Dynamic went above and beyond the others. They were able to bill longterm care benefits directly and were willing to wait to be paid. They continued to give high quality customer service even after we had stable assigned help (unlike other agencies where the marketing person essentially "dropped out" after we were assigned staff). Huge thanks to Sammi Lutza who was unbelievably caring. They provided very qualified and kind caregivers who were stable and reliable. I've called this company to schedule an appt for my grandmother's start of care multiple times. They stated they called. They had my grandmothers phone number listed as the primary number. I provided the best number and I asked them to update the primary number to the number I provided. It wasn't done. Every time I called to follow up on my grandmother's case, the callback number was still incorrect. I am not sure why they don't want to update the number when it was already given to them 5x. I provided the best number already and it still wasn't updated. Upon start of care, Danielle (the case manager) did not reach out to us at all. It's been exactly 1 week after start of care. She did not call to follow up, give us an update in regards to the RN recommendations or call to introduce herself. The only reason why we knew she was the assigned case manager is because the RN and Vivian in the office provided her name to us. I'm not sure if it's because the case managers work from home and they don't care to follow up on their cases, but this is unacceptable. I requested a call from the Director of Nursing to help resolve this issue. We're very disappointed with this type of "care" that our family has received. read more

When I tell you I couldn't have made it through this journey in my life without them, that would have been an understatement. The care and support that they provided was immeasurable. From my first encounter with Andrew, to my conversations with Boris and Elizabeth, the wonderful hospice nurse who was with me when my father transitioned, made an unbearable unimaginable situation, manageable . My treatment team consists of Marina (case manager) Karlee Silver (physical therapist), Laura (occupational therapist), Sheri (CHHA). I really look forward to each of my 4 appointments. I really love the fact that dynamic doesn't just focus on the physical therapy. Bottom line, I have used other businesses for treatment and it was nothing like dynamic. I had total knee replacement surgery about 3 weeks ago. Due to preexisting conditions I stayed in the hospital for 4 nights instead of one. My primary care doctor suggested home health care. Dynamic fit my needs perfectly. My nurse that came in and checked my vitals, my mental capacity and checking my wound on the knee. She was fabulous and very caring and supportive. Unfortunately I had to sleep in a recliner and I was wearing a diaper. She encouraged me to dress myself and to get to the bathroom more frequently so I could stop wearing the diaper. I felt very safe and secure with her, like my own guardian angel. Jason was my PT guy. I was very guarded and not open to exercising due to pain. He was very patient and encouraging. By the time we were finished I was doing much better, he was my biggest cheer leader. By the time we were done, because of their patience and caring ways I felt I was ready to go to my outpatient PT. I highly recommend this company. I couldn't have had better care. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dynamic. Everybody from the administrative staff down to the onsite nurses and doctor were fantastic. Warm, reassuring, and professional. They took care of my father while he was in hospice, and they did an incredible job. When Coronavirus became a pandemic, my family needed to move Grandma from her assisted living facility because we were concerned about her getting infected. We decided to move Grandma in with me and my husband, but as we both are essential workers, we couldn't leave her alone all day long. We hired Dynamic to provide caregiving services 8 hours a day Monday through Friday and they've been absolutely amazing. Grandma's Caregiver Teresa has been so lovely and engaging. We were hesitant to have somebody in our home, but Dynamic has taken all the necessary precautions for their caregivers, providing Teresa with a mask and daily supply of gloves has made us and Grandman feel safe. We cannot say enough amazing things about Dynamic and all of their help. Dynamic home health sent out a physical therapist on my second week post op from a hip fracture . The therapist was only here once. The next day I expropriated terrible pain from the exercises he had me do . I did not know at the time but the exercises actually caused me to have an inflammation at the site of the surgery . The doctor said I should never have been doing the exercises the therapist had me doing so soon after surgery and that it caused burnsides which is very painful . I do not recommend this agency . I can't even give them one star because every time they called me it was a different scenario regarding the therapy . read more

We hired Dynamic Health Care to provide in-home caregiver services. We interviewed two caregivers and selected one that was described as a nurse who had had numerous hospice assignments and would be an excellent selection for our particular situation. The caregiver was very empathetic and friendly. After a couple of days, we learned that she was promised a nursing assignment with the agency and then after she agreed to a (lower end) caregiver assignment, they pulled back and told her no nursing assignments were available. She was being paid only $12/hour while we were being charged $23/hour for her services. With less than 24 hours notice, we received an email from the agency that our caregiver was no longer with the agency. With less than 24 hours notice, we would at least have expected a phone call. I do not recommend this agency and would never use them again. read more

My mother recently had major surgery. I could not have asked for a better nurse than Ann. She is not only empathetic & knowledgeable, but she has a lot of good advise & tips to make things easier. She asked me to call her before I called the Dr. with questions. That is just what I have done. She was able to put paperwork thru to help us get physical therapy. A little over two years ago I came home after three weeks in the hospital to recover from an emergency abdominal surgery. It was a big surgery to save my life and almost cost me the same. Recovery at home was long and demanding. It required twice daily changing and irrigation of my dressing and surgical incision site. Dynamic Nursing came through for me in spades. They sent, who I believe must have been their absolutely best nurse, Maryam T. Her skills were astonishing and her manner with me and with my wife made all the difference. I felt safe, completely humanized and thoroughly respected. Maryam also professionally coached my wife in how to best assist my healing those first weeks at home. Plus, and this is a huge deal with me, she helped me to understand every step of my care, was compassionate without being pitying and helped me to grow the hopes and belief in my own recovery that were so essential to my much needed peace of mind. I could not begin to tell you how bad this company is. My in-laws have been using this company for a few years and thank goodness we got rid of them. Once in a while they company would have a good person come and stay for a while but there is so much turn over it would never last. They pay their people $11 and charge you $18 and up, no wonder they don't stay. You get what you pay for. Jeff is the VP, I have spoke to him over the past year asking to be notified if we will be billed over our benefits, he promised we will. Of course I was not and he promised it would not happen again. Guess what it happened again and we are not talking about small amounts. I never received an apology, they could care less. They have no care manager that will coordinate the workers and the needs of the clients. They send random people when a regular person is sick without informing us, some of them are sketchy and have ZERO experience. They don't have ID's or cards so it confuses the elderly. They don't care or make ANY effort to sett up a care plan for the clients. They just send people to baby sit. If it were not for some of the few caregivers themselves caring it would be horrific. Let's get to the billing, they have Marilyn who could care less about anything there other then getting money and lots of it. Her attitude is disgusting, rude and revolting. I told the VP and her a number of time on the phone and via email to send me the bills and contact me if there are any issues or if the bills are over the what the insurance will pay. Do you think they did that?? Nope, they just let the bills pile up and said they emailed my 90 year old father in-law and did not have my contact info ..I call BS!!!! I asked Marilyn for copies of all the bills they were sending to the insurance company for payment and can you believe she told me no. When I pressed she said she would have to customize the billing and redo it....that does not sound too legit does it? Speaking of billing, their billing would make a CPA cry its so confusing, they apply insurance checks to invoices they should not. Can you imagine how a senior would feel if they had read and pay the bills??!?!?!??! OMG its so confusing they would go crazy and be confused to the ends of the earth. If you value you loved ones care and your sanity you really should never use this company. They are money hungry and could care less about you or your family. read more

Our relationship with Dynamic dates back to August of 2015 when my husband suffered a massive heart attack and needed 24/7 care. At the time, I knew Jeff Friedman from a networking group we were both in and I called him because we were confused about how and what to do to get care for my husband. Jeff came out to UCLA where my husband was hospitalized, explained everything to us in detail, and then helped us get the paperwork needed for our long term care insurance. We had great, caring people who worked with us up until November of that year. Almost immediately after he started working again, my husband fell and suffered a traumatic brain injury which required surgery and a very long recovery and rehab. Fast forward to June of 2018 when I was able to bring my husband home to live. I contacted Jeff and asked if Dynamic would like to re-engage with us. We have now been using them 24/7 for more than 6 months and will likely continue for years as my husband is permanently disabled from his brain injury. In addition to always being able to call Jeff if I need him for ANY question whatsoever, I have also found the office staff to be very helpful. I had an issue with my billing and Marilyn sent me a detailed printout of all the charges and payments for the last 6 months. I have had issues with a couple of the caregivers assigned to us and they were immediately replaced. When a caregiver was ill, the agency was able to send one of the other caregivers to take their shift so we did not have to work with a stranger. We have had the same 4 caregivers now for about 4 months and we are very pleased with all of them. They each have great rapport with my husband and they are caring and attentive to him. His physical therapist has shown the 2 daytime caregivers some simple exercises to do with Gary and they follow through diligently and consistently. I am sorry to read that others have had less than satisfactory experiences but my own experiences from 2015 and now for the last 7 months of 2018 have been excellent. I will continue to use Dynamic for many years unless my husband's health changes and I am forced to do something different. read more

Please beware it was my dream job to work here and become a case manager. They under pay and promise you 6 weeks of training that was not given to me at all. You walk in the office situation it is a bit of a disaster. The person responsible for my training wore too many hats and you will not be trained whether you are a new grad or someone with nursing knowledge. They say you will learn everything about wounds as the job goes on you don't need any back round with them. She told me "to fake it until I make it" rather than say I am still new. Their office workers are allowed to speak Spanish at anytime they want not the polite or golden rule in health care in my 20 years we were taught to only speak in another language due to a client's language barrier. I thought oh this job isn't too bad one of the girls can put on a full set of nails and watch Netflix's cool how hard can this be. Or the girl that transfers calls can have an ear piece in and not realize or brought attention to that she made a mistake transferring her call. I have an emotional disability and was let go do to performance and the company owner could not tell me the real truth. Their field nurses are subpar with the exception of one or two and if you don't catch that the nurse didn't call in the SOC to you timely it's your fault. The only day I got attention with the woman training me was on the last day when she knew I was being fired. Just beware get everything in writing or just stay the hell away from this company do it right get your BSN have a hospital train you. By the way the woman that will train is super smart, is all over the place as she has a learning disorder and never confide in her about anything she is in it for her main boss. My attorney will be suing them due to my emotional disability and no training and the women would always apologize about how she could not be there for me and throw me off on others. There is two sides to the story just stay away from this company and do case management the right way. They even have one nurse tell the nursing supervisor how to do her job and she let's them get away with it because they are limited to field nurses staffing cases. They pride themselves as a small company God forbid I upset someone with a small family issue I was having. They want to keep an uneducated staff member who is allowed to speak Spanish and laugh whenever she wants keep her. By the way I heard them talking about me on the last day very unprofessional take it outside next time. Just stay the hell away from this place. read more

Medicare assigned Dynamic to my husband when he broke his leg. The physical therapist, on his phone when he left the house, got into his car and proceeded to drive off the side of our driveway right over our mailbox. He just drove off leaving my husband with a broken leg to deal with it on a steep hill. The post office won't deliver our mail. We pleaded to the company to repair it and after calls and letters, they have done absolutely nothing. They obviously don't care about the patients, just billing Medicare. read more

My older sister lives alone in Palmdale CA, has moderate Alzheimers and needs help taking meds, eating, etc. She does not qualify for any government assistance programs, Neither can she afford full time help. I was referred to Dynamic Nursing Services by staff members at the Santa Clarita Senior Center who spoke highly of them. I contacted Jeff Friedman, a manager there and explained my sister's needs and what she could afford. Jeff accepted the five hour per day schedule (what was affordable) and arranged for Monica Martinez a very capable care giver to be at my sister's home the next day at the appointed time. On the weekends, a different caregiver was there for my sister and performed well. Caregiver Monica was exceptional in her attention to my sister's needs and called me or my sister's friend Robin if my sister needed anything (like a bath stool or bedding). Jeff Friedman was exceptional in arranging a flexible work schedule and for qualified people to be where they were needed with nearly no advance notice and working with me on a payment plan. I highly recommend the company and these individuals. read more

Juana Garcia was my nurse for a week following surgery. Mrs Garcia is a true professional and an asset to the company in which she works. Juana not only took care of my medical needs but she was always attentive and ready to help me with other things like: getting me water, bringing my meals, etc etc. I like Juana so much because she obviously loves her job so her patients not only get their needs met but also a person that always has an smile on her face and shows great kindness towards them. I was more or less a hopeless case, but Dynamic sent Maryam--she is thoroughly professional, experienced, knowledgeable, respectful, sensitive, caring, attentive--there are not enough superlatives to describe the attention and care she provided to me, superior in every way! There were some challenges due to my situation and also Coronavirus, and she handled them with ease. She really made a difference in my unfortunate experience.
