However I have had an account with Partners for over 25 years. While service is not perfect due to wait times- the staff is amazing. Every quarter, I get a guaranteed loan offer for an auto- they handled my mortgage loan as smooth as silk and when I closed I had used their Home Advantage program and receive $1250 back to me. I noticed that someone had mentioned rates- so really. Their current mortgage rates, credit cards rates are a lot cheaper than the major banks and as well as their auto rates. Comparing apples to oranges for savings rates is interesting- real savers use money markets and certificates as we know that "regular" savings accounts pay little- when national companies that rely on credit cards are mentioned for rates that is fine but keep in mind that they are making their money charging outrageous interest rates on their credit cards. No one is perfect and I am not an employee of Partners but I have been in finance for over 40 years and feel a strong trust toward Partners. As you can see I am a fan of Partners even back when they were Vista FCU.
