I imagine them looking at their telephones in wonder and saying, "I can't get over how amazing this thing is!" Picking up a ballpoint pen, turning it over and over in their hands and demanding of their coworkers, "Where's the feather?? Where's the inkwell??" Add to this that their online "service" representative (singular), with the exception of the operator who's perfectly pleasant but can't actually help you with your banking issues, is terse and rude, delivering information and then hanging up before you have a chance to respond, and you have a bank that will leave you wondering how it is that they manage to stay in business. I ordered checks around 4 months ago. Showed up asking for them whoever changed my account never…read moreput in for them. I had told them I'd no longer need them and to cancel it. They still placed the order so after getting a 40 something dollar charge for checks I asked to cancel I contacted KeyBank. I was informed it's out of there hands because they use a third party to get the checks they gave me a number to contact needless to say that got me no where. The lack of transparency is sad been with KeyBank for 14 years and I think after this I will be transferring out

They will lie to you about the criteria required to do maintainence-fee free banking, help…read morethemselves to a monthly maintenance fee without regard to anything, and won't do anything to even attempt to retain your business. The do not care...their sneaky fees are all-important to them. You are not seen as a person. You are not seen as a valued customer. You are seen as a walking, talking ATM. Avoid this "bank" at all costs. I have since pulled out every cent from this bank and now bank with an institution that values my business and treats me like a valued customer.

Go to a teller and they cannot see all of the information pertaining to your account. Ridiculous in this day and age. I was actually told to wait for my statement in the mail.
