Usually, when we mention that "we are just looking" to any agent or mortgage broker they tend to not want to help us further. Toy was the complete opposite and was eager to give us advice about the process of purchasing a home (coop or house) when ever we were ready. She gave us the time of day and because of that we selected her as our Mortgage broker when the time came. About 6 months passed and we decided to contact Toy. She took the time to meet with us in private. She explained every detail (step by step) pertaining to the purchase of a house or Coop.
