During the open house we mentioned to Toy that we were just looking at the moment to get a feel for what's out on the market. Usually, when we mention that "we are just looking" to any agent or mortgage broker they tend to not want to help us further. Toy was the complete opposite and was eager to give us advice about the process of purchasing a home (coop or house) when ever we were ready. She gave us the time of day and because of that we selected her as our Mortgage broker when the time came. About 6 months passed and we decided to contact Toy. She took the time to meet with us in private. She explained every detail (step by step) pertaining to the purchase of a house or Coop. We left that meeting feeling extremely confident that Toy was the right person to help us moving forward. About 2 months later we found the perfect coop and decided to purchase even though we were aware of the lengthy process compared to purchasing a house. Toy assured us that she would guide us every step of the way. (Which she did, at all hours of the night) During this process Toy went above and beyond our expectations. She is very knowledgeable in dealing with different Coop boards and their requirements. She was able to secure us a mortgage quicker than we expected with a great rate. She walked us through every stage of the purchased and was there till the very end of the process. Toy was available whenever we needed her to answer any questions. She helped create a strong board package. And because of her knowledge and expertise we are now living in the home we selected. Throughout this process my husband and I could tell that Toy really enjoys her job and also enjoys helping people achieve their dream home. We are so overjoyed to have worked with her and look forward to working with her in the future. We recommend her to anyone who is looking to get the best mortgage and rate.
