I love my tattoo Juan did! He takes his time, does not rush & communicates which is very important. I have read some reviews of people being pissed off because you lose your deposit. Well no shit if you just wasted an opening for a potential paying customer. That's how deposits work. If you can't make it to your appt or do no call no show, he deserves at least the deposit. Think about the time he waited for you while he could've been tattooing another person & making money from that. Again, communication is the key, ask questions prior if you're on a budget. Anyways!! You have to put a down payment before your tattoo which we put $100. If you miss your appointment he keeps the money, it's non refundable. Okay whatever. He goes on to keep changing the date on the tattoo then when we finally went to get the tattoo he said that it was supposed to be in December and that we never showed (it's February now). There are literal texts showing proof that he kept changing the date that he was supposed to tattoo but he kept insisting that we missed our date. We honestly feel like he stole our money. His last text said February and yet, the man says it was missed and that it should've been December. Trust tattoo lost our trust. read more

I wanted to let my local friends know about "Trust Tattoo" and it's owner...I had some work done this past Sunday- the owner set up the appt. last week, btw. He was done with my tattoo within 45 minutes and charged me $80. My first "instinct" was to go look at it in their mirror(most places ask you to do so to make sure everything is ok and to your specifications). He took a pic and showed it to me...my mistake! I even gave him a $20.00 tip. He verbally gave me "after-care" instructions for my tattoo...I have other tattoos so I knew exactly what to purchase. I even told him that I would be a "return customer"! When I got home after a few hours I took off the plastic and was appalled at what I saw- it's suppose to be a black rose with grey shading...it looks more like a lotus flower...people that don't even have tattoos crinkled their noses at the pic of my tattoo. Yes- I messaged the owner with my complaint and concerns...I even apologized for complaining to him...he has since "blocked" me from FB and hasn't returned my phone calls about his crappy work- so I went to Accent Tattoo & Body Piercing in Ukiah- they apologized on "behalf" of the owner of "Trust Tattoo", and they will be getting my business now! Friendly Workers But Charged Me 150 for a tattoo on my wrist which ain't even big or even detailed. Ain't comming back at all

I went there to get a four word quote tattooed on my shoulder. It took half an hour including drawing, stencil, and the tattoo itself! I was charged $80 for half an hour and he was very rude. I asked for thicker letters and he said no and argued with me. Mark did my tattoo. Let's just say I'll never go back there. The tattoo is well done and he's quick but horrible customer service! read more

I've known mark a long time and have been waiting quite a few years to get another tattoo from him. And in true Mark fashion he delivered ,I got my full dose of Mark Phillips King of the a holes and I wouldn't of had it any other way. From beginning to end Mark did not disappoint. I flew all the way from Oahu Hawaii to have him do my dream catcher tattoo, why so far you might be asking? Why ? well I will tell you why, because Mark Is the goddamn man at doing dream catchers, he's so good I'm pretty sure he's gonna make it his signature tattoo .. He's not known for dark,mechanical gory tattoos, no Mark Phillips is now now to be referred to as the the "dream weaver" I'm pretty sure that this second tattoo of mine is going to be bringing him in tons of business from across the damn pacific ocean, at least that's what I thought I heard him muttering.
