Saw this across from our hotel after a long road trip. The one hour foot and body hit the spot. Very clean and professional.

I have been going since they opened, and have been very happy with my experience, but the last time I went about a week or so ago, I was very disappointed. The wonderful woman I have had before isn't working there any longer, which started the afternoon off with disappointment and just got worse. I paid for a deep tissue but half the time was given an energy massage, basically light touching of the fingertips with little to no movement. Then in the last 15 - 20 minutes to two women working, the one working on me and one moving around the shop started talking to each other. I come for bad back, but I still want to get into a relaxed state and stay there so I can have a relaxing night and a good nights sleep. When people use my time, yes mine! I paid for it and I am entitled to enjoy it, (it's not like I'm getting a haircut or my nails done!) I feel like I am paying good money for mall massage chair quality massage. This is one of the main reasons I stopped going to some of the other places in town, because the Chatting between the staff while you are trying to relax was so unpleasant it ruined the entire experience. So I started paying more per massage at this place, and it WAS worth it, but this last time I left feeling I wish I hadn't of wasted my time or my money and just feel disappointed. I gave a three instead of a one star averaging my last two experiences, but if I was to rate solely on this last experience, it would be one star. I really hope you rectify these issues as it sits. I don't see myself coming back anytime real soon. The sting of this last visit he needs fade in my memory quite a bit before I'm willing to come back. Another issue I have, is happening pretty much everywhere nowadays and I'm not enjoying it. I wear older clothes so if I get a little oil or massage cream on my clothes, it isn't going to bother me, I actually like that left on my skin and when they bring in the washcloth and give you a bath, I do not like it. I'd rather get a few more minutes of a massage than to be bathed. I would much rather this be an option than a given. You have people fill out the sheet where customers mark areas they want worked. You could also ask them if they want hot stones or if they'd like the oils wiped off before they get dressed, just don't assume they'd like that done. I don't like the interruptions in my massage when they leave the room to go get stones, and then again to go get wash cloths, when you're nice and relaxed the interruptions really take away from the enjoyment. Then when someone brings in a wet rags and wipe you off it really jars you out of that relaxed state, it can really just ruin the experience for me. So you should give the option, some people I'm sure appreciate not getting oils on their clothes while others like me would prefer the entire time just be focused on my massage. read more

Called for appointment. The store front location is near Holiday Inn and Les Schwab. The place is clean. Offers a variety of massage. I did get sports massage. It was decent. Not spectacular. I was put off by the phone calls being answered as I was worked on. For $85 I should have had no disturbance. Calls can go to VM. I'd be gun shy to come back and have that experience again. read more

I had a massage today from Linda, and it was amazing! She used the perfect amount of pressure and managed to get EVERY knot worked out of my low back & shoulders. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and very clean. One hour massage was $80. I think that was very reasonable considering what other massage therapists charge. Was a wonderful experience I took a star away because my massage therapist went a bit rough... I had scheduled a 90 minute Swedish massage and upon arrival when filling out massage wants/needs I had selected an in between of light and medium pressure. The lady doing my massage was using some pretty dang hard pressure throughout the massage. It felt almost like a deep tissue rather than the relaxing session I was hoping to have. It still was a great service and she worked out plenty of knots. A few times though I was wincing from pressure. She did ask if the pressure was ok... and I could've asked for lighter I just kind of went with the flow and accepted this wasn't going to be that kind of session. I regularly get deep tissue massages and tend to like to sprinkle in a few relaxing light ones... which was my plan for this one... just didn't work out that way. But if you are looking for a deep tissue massage this was the ticket! read more

If you seek a clean place where you can get a totally theraputic massage only, this is the place. And their pandemic protocols are unvrivaled, although most people have put these away, massage is a place disease can spread. My massage lady, who didnt speak English but was very nice, was covered head to toe, with a double mask that went to her eyes, heavy clothes, long sleeves, all the way down to sneakers. Her fingers were all that showed. Its a bit hospital like but she was very good at the deep tissue work she did to the base of my spine. That requires good training. She practiced a few other styles, which were OK. Its done without touch. I was under a thin sheet the whole time from top to bottom. It was a non allergenic one and didnt make me hot, which is usually the case. I paid $70 and they kind of expected a $30 tip for the hour massage and I gave it to them. The rooms are very clean. This is a clinical massage experience and one you could get for your grandparents! Very nice couple runs this place. read more

When I checked in, I was asked for some details on my aches and pains which provided the therapist great information for my massage.
