We attempted to work with this company considering we have children and have to move a home in the matter of 2 months. We are now looking and most places are first come first serve. We asked if we find a place would they let us out of our lease early since Jordan advised us that the owner needed us out so they can start renovations on the home to sell it they said no. This rental company refuses to work with us. We asked to speak to a supervisor we cannot have a supervisors number, we asked for a supervisor to call us back and are told they will have a sit down with the owner and let us know. What place NEVER has a available supervisor? Then upon moving out we contacted the company again about when we could expect our deposit back since we were forced to pay rent in 2 different homes for a month. My husband was getting the run around by the guy in the phone. So I took over the call and expressed since they were in a hurry for us to vacate so they could start renovations why are we not getting a answer on when we can expect them to do the move out walk through so we can have our deposit. Out he huffed on the phone because id assume answering questions like this goes above his pay grade and and as he stated he didn't expect the call to be more then one person. I asked for a supervisor yet again. Jordan gets on the call and gives us no answers, gives me the run around and will not tell me when they will get the walk through done to rufund us our deposit after previously telling us they need us out because they need to get in and do renovations but there is no sense of urgency when it comes to doing the walk through to refund us our deposit. This company is a scam. We dealt with a broken AC , that the owner refused to replace. The owner was told by 2 different companies on 2 separate occasions that the AC was bad on one occasion the AC tech advised me that our electric bill was high because the AC unit was struggling to cool the house and needed to be replaced (after the AC flooded the house) This is terrible customer service and now looking at the other reviews on here it makes sense. Please do not rent from this company. It is terrible.Do NOT

Warning to anyone that can't afford to have a month's rent drawn from their bank account after tenancy ends, if you don't go and cancel the auto-pay, even after the tenancy ends, they will withdraw the money anyway and the minimum time for a refund is 20 days. Even if you have cancelled it, confirm with your broker/realtor that it has registered on their end. This is the second issue that has shown up with their payment system. Be aware that the auto-pay has also failed before, they have sent a notice that their system was having issues, and you need to contact them to remove any late fee that they add to it so that you don't automatically get charged. Maintenance issues are often not handled in a timely manner. There is still leaking water to the end of the tenancy from it not being fixed, and the first leaking faucet issue took months to get anyone to look at it. First documentation in the portal is in February 2021, still being addressed in April 2021 according to the portal, and starting October 2021 the issue is still present. The plumber gave information that the water pressure was too high and that it was likely to cause further issues, and it was never resolved despite this and did cause other issues that have yet to be fixed months later. Some of the correspondence isn't in their portal but instead in a previous roommate's emails for most of my personal situation, so please be aware that it is best to put in any issues through their portal so that record is easily maintained, but enough is there to show that the problem existed for months. They were very friendly at first. The response I got when I asked who you can speak to in order to resolve issues was "Me" followed by the broker/realtor's contact information. They absolutely refuse to give any other contact information. Perhaps there is absolutely no one else that could resolve the issue, but I am entirely dissatisfied with how questions have been answered, and it took pushing harder and harder to get anywhere. I'm sure they feel that I'm a "Karen" because they withdrew a month's rent because it is the tenants responsibility, apparently, to manage APS Realty Group's web-portal despite the tenancy having already ended. However I find this to be an entirely dissatisfactory resolution, and still haven't had anyone answer where the tenant is informed that rent will be withdrawn after tenancy if they don't cancel things in APS's own system after tenancy ends. Perhaps this is standard practice and I'm simply ignorant of how it works, but the information is there for you to make your own decisions.
