I'm so grateful we found Trust Montessori. When I'm feeling like everything is barely holding together, I feel really thankful that I feel confident dropping off my little ones at this school. When we first started, my 2 year old was understandably a bit sad to part each day but after just 3 weeks, she's now running ahead of me because her friends are calling her name from the classroom door. Also, I know above it says they're for 2+ age kids but actually, they opened for infants at the end of 2025 and my youngest (now 10 months) loves it and has developed so much. She is literally taking baby steps now and she was previously developmentally a little behind on lifting her head and crawling! One other thing I've noticed is that they keep their teacher to student ratios low, so even in the toddler class, there's usually 3 teachers/caretakers for a classroom of 10-12. Overall, I'm so grateful that I've been able to find such a lovely place that can provide an education for my oldest and more cozy infant care for my youngest. read more

Both my kids have come here since they were 2. So it's been 6 years and they have both thrived here. The school has both a full day bilingual preschool program and afterschool once they start elementary school. Both run until 6:30 which is great for busy parents. The school is well organized and we've always been able to communicate with the staff and teachers. The kids have learned a lot in preschool as well as afterschool . Around 2-4, the school helped handle their potty training and coordinated with us and it was a breeze. The lunch they provide for the full day preschool is great. My kids are both kind of picky eaters but like school food. I've tried it one time and thought it tasted healthy and fresh. My kids have made a lot of close friends in this school, more than their elementary schools, because its such a close knit environment. They also offer extra classes on some days that my kids like , including 3d printing and drawing. And the kids do a yearly performance that's always very high production value. Academics wise I would say it's middle of the pack based on what I hear. They do make them do a lot of paperwork in Chinese and math and English. But it's not as much compared to other bilingual schools such that the kids still enjoy it. The teachers are also thoughtful about education and take the time to explain their approach and the kids say the teachers are strict but not scary lol. Both my kids have been attending Trust Montessori since they were 2 (now 4 and 6). The preschool and afterschool programs have been a great fit for our family and we love how nurturing and caring all the teachers are! The teachers are communicative and feel like trusted partners in helping our children grow & prepare for kindergarten. One highlight for us is how much it feels like a community here with all the various family oriented events and gatherings. Trust Montessori is really a hidden gem. My kids have been attending the Trust since the beginning of 2023 and both of them are growing happily at Trust. They have established close connections with the teachers and also made a lot of good friends. One thing I'd like to highlight is that the school has stable teachers. Majority of the teachers have been working there for over 10 years and are very experienced. The stability is a huge benefit for the young kids! The Preschool teaches a lot, and kids get well prepared for the kindergarten. The school also offers the afterschool program, which is a big plus for the families have multiple kids at different ages. It provides pick-ups from most of the nearby elementary schools. When my older one moved to the afterschool, she was very happy to see her old preschool friends again after her morning school, and the transition was super smooth for her as she can stay in the familiar environment. read more

The teachers are attentive and caring towards all the students and really take the time to help every child find their confidence and love of learning. Lunch is provided for preschoolers which is a huge plus! The school has a nice community feel, with lots of opportunities to visit the class for holidays and celebrations. They teach in Mandarin with bopomofo and traditional Chinese characters, which is my preference. My son was in Ms. Grace's class and he would not stop talking about how much fun he had while learning. Not only did he have fun with arts and crafts, but he also used to come home with different cultural fun facts for me and my husband. I can really appreciate Ms. Grace's background in Ethnic Studies because she educates the children about the importance of diversity, which is not emphasized in curricula in most schools. My husband got a job in another state, so we unfortunately had to move. My son is now at another school, but he always brings up the great time he had while he was at Trust. On March 8th, 2024 at Trust Montessori Preschool , multiple children woke up from their nap vomiting around 2:30PM. I am the mother of one of these children. On that day, my child has severe vomiting, I was notified by the school to pick him up at around 2:40 PM. Due to the fact that my child was apparently vomiting blood, we took him to the emergency room. We saw the doctor around 4:40 PM, who asked about their lunch. I called the school to inquire, and the director told me that they had eaten stir-fried green beans with pork. According to the director, all the children had the same meal, and only my child vomited, while the others were fine. However, several children have vomited since 2:30pm. By the night of Mar 8th, dozens of more children vomited, and the school did not respond to any of the parent's inquiries. Only one of the teachers sent a message claiming that the teachers had the same lunch as the children and they were fine. Due to the school's lack of transparency, it's unknown if the teachers actually vomited or not. It wasn't until Saturday night that the school sent the first email to parents, mentioning that over 40 children had vomited. After the incident, the school immediately avoided taking responsibility, and parents strongly demanded that the food be tested and reported to the CDC. However, the school deliberately delayed reporting to the CDC, and according to a teacher, the school did not send the food for testing either. On Mar 11th, a child tested positive for norovirus from their stool. The director insisted that since norovirus was detected, it must be unrelated to the lunch provided by the school. So far, the school has not provided any official reports or documents, and the entire process remains opaque. The director intentionally concealed information from parents, did not cooperate with the doctor's inquiries, and completely disregarded the children's health. As a mother, I find this unacceptable. read more

To be up front, this review is based on a site visit and talk with the administrator. The school refuses to allow you or attending parents to see what happens in the classroom. Even looking through windows is forbidden and there is no app or daily update. Conversations with teachers are arranged "as needed," and it seems that they have no interest in accommodating the needs of parents. In the time we were there no effort was made to talk about the academic, health, or safety issues around students. They did talk about money, though. This is based on a tour experience. We had a tour to see their 3-4 year old class. After the tour we realized that we should have toured the 4-5 year old class as well, as if we send our kid here we want her to stay until graduation. We called back to ask to tour the 4-5 year class, the director Ning An refused and said if you come for 3-4 year old class you don't need to tour the 4-5 year class. This is so unreasonable. Her attitude was pretty bad. They also don't allow you to talk with the teachers. I don't feel comfortable to send my kid here with a director who is close minded and don't communicate well. Especially if something bad happens, I don't feel she's the kind of person who will communicate candidly and help parents work out together. read more

I had my two kids at Trust and it's part of our best memories. Unfortunately we had to drop out because of covid due to concerns for seniors in our house. But I have never heard a case of covid occurred at Trust. They have some good procedures and practice in place. Just wanted to share my experience at Trust and show my long overdue appreciation. Facilities: Nice and open school setting. Good amount of outdoor area and playground equipments. Kids get exposure to outdoor fresh air all day long. It's a real school site and not any childcare center inside of a retail space. Overall clean and nicely maintained. Staff: Both of my kids started at age 2. All that I care about is if they got enough attention and if their needs were prompt attended to. The teachers were very patient and caring. There were two-three classroom teachers and another one going around room to room to help change diapers for toddlers. The first couple of weeks at school, my suborn little one would cry and scream when I dropped her off. The teacher would always hold her in arms to calm her down. My younger one had troubling falling asleep at nap time and at least for a few days, the teacher would hold her in arms until she fell asleep. They were also very attentive to little things like help applying sunscreen and putting on hats for the kids before outdoor recess, also helped cleaning their face when they had a running nose... I am very appreciative of the teachers' efforts and attention to details. To name a few teachers: Ms Rebecca, Ms Serena, Ms Grace, Ms Emily, Ms Bentley, Ms Shan Shan, Ms Ana, Ms Livia. Thank you all! There might be a few times where I felt the teachers were being too strict and harsh on the kids. I am a little doubtful of the approach to young kids that age but I guess it's needed to get them disciplined. Management: The beauty of a small - mid size school is that they are willing to listen and very accommodating. I was late for pickup a couple of times but they stayed and watched the kids for me and wouldn't make a big deal out of it. They would remind you of late payments but never any late fees. They would even issue refunds even though I didn't follow the proper withdrawal process. Anyways the management is super nice. Unlike some bigger school admin asking you to follow their guidelines and per school policy blah blah blah to further complicate things. Lunch: The school offers complementary hot lunch. All you needed to do is to send a lunch box and they will bring hot lunch to your kids. Chinese cuisine. Healthy and balanced meal plan. Performance shows: I really like their school performance show. Each class would come up with a group dance twice a year and all parents were invited to watch the show. It was not easy to get small kids to remember all the moves and dance to beat. I really appreciate the efforts. By watching the shows twice a year, I was amazed by how much they have grown, from standing on stage totally clueless to following moves and putting up their great performance. At first I didn't like the formality of it, that getting kids practice the same move over and over again just to showcase ? But now I think it's a good experience for kids to learn. They were very engaged and even practiced songs and moves at home. The only thing I didn't like is the winter performance held in a small multipurpose room, which is apparently too crowded and too stuffy for the entire school and parents to be present. Academic program: Didn't pay much attention to their academic progress but I think it's advanced for kids their age. Lots of art craft activities at school and always brought home nice art works. I especially like the photo frames they made on different occasions like Mother's Day, V day, Father's Day etc. I still put those up on our walls. Improvements: 1. I think one thing they should improve is communication. There were no other channel other than grabbing the teacher at pick up or drop off for a chat. Of course they have parent conferences twice a year but I am hoping they can offer other ways to communicate on a daily or weekly basis. 2. They are a bilingual school. How it works is that each classroom will be assigned one Chinese teacher and one English teacher. However with younger kids like 2s, at least from my experience, there were no English speaking teacher assigned to the class and thus a lack of English exposure. I still miss the days that my kids were at Trust. Too bad covid ended it too soon and we never even got a chance to say good bye to Trust probably. In short, I would recommend this school especially for young kids aged 2-3. I would probably have my kids stay till K if I could. read more

Overall, everything went downhill for this school since Mrs. D left and the Pandemic happened. My kids attended this school for a few years and then attended their afterschool program after they aged out. My oldest really thrived in Mrs. D and Ms. Joy's K/1 classroom and learned so much that he was academically ahead of his classmates at his new school. My younger son however, didn't get a chance to have that experience and advantage. This review will focus mainly on the conditions affected by the Pandemic and the afterschool program. Expectations: This school sets high expectations which instills high pressure that your child may not be used to. If your child doesn't fit absolutely perfect in this their ideal "mold", then your child is bad. Rather than proactively working with the parents to figure out the root cause of your child's reaction, they will tell you something is wrong with your child and YOU need to correct it. This school doesn't care about or understand your child's development or their mental and emotional well-being. We're going through a Pandemic and yet, they are not sensitive to our children's mental state. NOTE: Generally, private schools do not require staff to have teaching credentials and therefore, the staff here may not be properly trained in child development or experienced with mental health. Bilingual Immersion: This is not a true bilingual immersion school and Montessori methods do not apply at Chinese class. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MS. JOY'S CLASS: If you just moved from Asia and your children are fluent in Chinese, then they will fit right in. If Mandarin is not your child's first language, then they will not thrive in the classroom at all. The Chinese teachers are not trained in bilingual immersion. They teach as if they are in a Chinese classroom in Asia with no consideration or methods to educate non-mandarin speakers. My children grew up in a bilingual household and their first language is Mandarin. Yet, they couldn't learn or 'keep up' with the high expectations from these teachers. The lessons are very rigid and if your child can't keep up with the pace, then too bad. They're behind and they are bad children for being behind. Bear in mind that this is supposed to be a Montessori school and they obviously do not practice Montessori methods. Communication: Because of the Pandemic, we are not allowed to meet or speak with the teachers. We are not allowed to visit their classroom. We have no way of knowing what their day-to-day activities are like. The only form of communication we can use are handwritten notes passed at the front door by the principal. It's extremely frustrating and very time consuming to solve problems efficiently while my child is having a mental breakdown in front of me. I'm trying to figure out how to help my child based on context clues from the teacher's notes and trying to have my 6 year-old articulate the conditions of his classroom. While this is happening, the principal would complain to us that our child is misbehaving and imply that we're bad parents. With no consideration that we are trying our best here with the minimal resources we were given. Eventually, they decided to dis-enroll my son, so we decided to pull both our kids out. It was our worst day, but it became a blessing in disguise when we enrolled our kids in a new afterschool program. It was like night and day. The kids absolutely love it and they're happy! I can tell my son still has trauma from Trust because at pick-up at the new school, he would make sure that he's been a "good boy" today and that he didn't make any of his teachers mad. He would apologize to them over the littlest and trivial things because he's afraid to disappoint them. That breaks my heart and I wish I had known sooner how toxic Trust was for my children. read more

Both of our children are attending Trust (PreK and Grade 1) and I am very happy with the school and staff. It is one of the few schools that offer bilingual Chinese/English Montessori experience at a reasonable price in an open, clean environment. My children love the teachers and the friends they meet at the school. The school administrators were very responsible in adopting Covid precautions starting in February 2020... even before the State or Country did. We are very appreciative of that and believe that they are doing their best to ensure the health and safety of children and staff. We miss the pre-Covid days when the school hosted celebrations and performances, but with due time they will likely come back and come back safely. I highly recommend the school. We are extremely happy with this school. Not only the teachers (Miss Emily and Miss Bantley) are very nice and caring person, the office is very organized and ready to answer any question you have. Even though the facility is part of old school but the school is very clean. At first, I worried the fact that the bathroom is not in classroom might be problem for newly potty-trained kid but turned out working fine for our case. Besides, the teacher in morning drop-off ( in a different classroom) is also very nice and everyone teacher smiles at you in the morning, I can see how happy they are. This school also provide hot lunch( mainly Chinese food). And the dance performance from kids is very impressive. read more

Teachers: They are nice and caring but under too much unnecessary pressure - a lot of holiday activities and 2 school performances. Teachers and students spend at least 2 full months preparing these. Students don't learn anything during the school performance months and only repeating the 2-3 dances/songs for the 5 min performance. However, I still appreciate the teachers. They've tried the best they could. I really felt sorry for them. Helpers: Some of them are nice but some are extremely unhappy there. They don't even smile back to you when you say hi. They're not patient to kids. I was worry about my child's safety under their care. Facility: Very old and out of date. No AC nor central heater. A faucet was out of order 2 years ago and it's still broken. Tuition: they raised tuition every year. Avg. increase 100 dollars each year! Director: Lack of passion to kids. I never saw her trying to talk to any parents or children. Heard the same complaints from other parents too. Summery: The morale is getting low under the poor leadership. Staff is unhappy and not motivated. My child developed behavior problems there and that was why I pulled him out. He has improved a lot in the new school. read more

Our Son attended Trust Montessori from 2010 to 2013 for three years, and just graduated in June from the kindergarden class. I interacted with the teachers frequently in the past three years and have the first hand experience working with them. Below please find my review on this school. Hopefully it will be useful for you. - The teachers are wonderful and have true passion and love for the kids. Our son had six teachers in total in three classes, and all of them showed that they love the children from their heart. To me this is what matters the most. Our son loves going to Trust Montessori every day, and this is a reflection of the loving environment built at the school. The staffs and teachers are generally happy, and it feels like a family working environment. - School performance show. Twice a year the school has all school class performance and this has become a big hit for the parents and the children. We are glad to watch our son to grow his self confidence more and more throughout the school years, and these on-stage performance really gave these children an opportunity to boost their self confidence. I am also glad to have the videos of all these performances by our son to share with our family members and save a great memory for him when he grows up. - Bi-Lingual Environment. The school did a great job managing the balance between English and Chinese teaching. For each class there is a dedicated English teacher, and also a dedicated Chinese teacher, and about half day sessions are taught in English, and half day in Chinese. Our son barely spoke English three years ago, and now he is very comfortable using both English and Mandarin to communicate with his friends and family members. The English reading program introduced in the Kindergarden has had a huge impact on his reading capabilities as well. After about 70 books in level I and II, he now enjoys reading daily and is very comfortable reading level III books now. As parents, we enjoying seeing him improving both his Chinese and English skills. - Time: The school opens to take kids as early as 7:30am, and they can stay there as late as 6:30pm. This is very useful if both parents are working. Although we don't let our son stay that long, we did leverage the early and late hours a few times when we had some meeting conflicts at work. - Teaching: For kindergarden class, their English teacher covered a lot of materials mixing both K and 1st grade materials. Our son is well prepared for the 1st grade in another school. Twice a year, they have parent-teacher conference, and you can get more detailed progress reports. I find it useful to check in with the teachers during the drop-off and pick-up time, and get constant feedbacks on how our son is doing at school. - Communication: On a weekly basis, the school director will send emails to parents informing them about the latest on the school. I find this is very useful. - Photos/Videos: The school has a picasa page sharing the photos taken in each class throughout the school year, and also a YouTube channel sharing the school performance. The quantities of the photos and the quality of the performance videos are both very good. - What can be better: 1) Facilities. The buildings are a little bit old although they are maintained well. There are three schools adjacent to each other, and sometimes the parking can become difficult when there is big school event. 2) More students in upper grades. Our son loves the school and we would have him stay there if there are more students in 1st and upper grades. After pre-school K2 (about three classes, 60-70 students), only 10-15 will go on to attend the kindergarden class and 1-2 will go on to the 1st grade. We wish they can encourage more students to stay at the school and also offer more grades. 3) On-site extra curriculum programs. They offer the opportunity to sign up with external instructors for on-site music and gym classes. We had mixed experiences on them. The gym class was wonderful, and our son enjoyed it very much. The music class by external instructor, however, jammed too much material and this discourages children to truly enjoy the love of music. It was dreadful to watch our son to perform 25 songs in that class, and later gave the feedback that he will never sign up another music class or any other external instructor class again. I have a 7 year old boy and 4.5 year old girl, both of them are going to graduate from Trust in two months. They started going to Trust when they were 2 year old. The school is part of our daily life for 5 years now, and there are so many things to write about, I will try to make it brief... 1. How I come to Trust- Trust is a chinese-english bilingual private school for kids from 2 year old till first grade. As a first time mom, I visited all the bilingual school with 20miles distance in 2010, to find the right one, and picked trust among all, because, 1). the class rooms are clean, and temperature is comfortable. 2). the teachers have genuine smiles and smile right into my eyes. 3) The administration is very open an take me around classrooms without reservation. 4). the school is in a real campus, instead of residential house or commercial building 4) kids look clean and happy, 5) no complicated tuition structures, it is 7:30 to 6:30. 6) back to the teachers, they are all very upbeat and gentle at the same time, without knowing much, I can tell these are the people I would like my kids to spend time with. 2. The teachers: the kids change room each year, and will be with different teachers. For 2-3 year old, there are 3 teachers for each class, and for the 4 -7year old, 2 teachers each room. We have worked with most of the teachers if not all. Each everyone of them is awesome. On top of being loving, caring, knowledgeable, they are also charismatic individual in life. Ms D, the head teacher for first grade and kinder garden, has a colorful background, includes performing, before becoming a professional educator. Her teaching is vibrant, and effective. Ms Joy, the Chinese teacher for the same grade, always cheerful with great imagination, my son learnt so many Chinese words from her. Ms Yang, my daughter's room teacher, has an eye for the uniqueness of each kid, and see the inside beauty of each kid. She told me the kindness, the awe inspiring moments about mine, that I would not know without her. And that sincere positive from her, always moved me. Ms Deisy, for the same room, is our favorite too, she really knows how to talk to and play with younger kids, and truly cultivating the young minds. Ms. Katie, Shirley, Crystal, Peng, Eva, Julie... they are all outstanding educators, I will need to write different reviews for each teacher, and all 5 stars! 3. The administration, Ms An and Ms Flora, are very supportive and accommodating. They really listen to parents feedback in terms of each student individual need, and make arrangement accordingly. The supporting staff, Ms Rosa is always there to make sure everything is right, she takes her responsibility seriously, with a smile! 4. School activities: the school put a lot of efforts in singing, dancing and performing, and that is for every single kid. I can't imagine how hard it is to teach two year olds to sing and dance on stage, but nonetheless, they spend the time and energy to let every kid to have the opportunity to perform. I bring my family and friends every time to watch the performance, and we enjoy it every time. There are also field trip to Egyptian museum, San Francisco Symphony, Almaden mining museum, CDC, pumpkin patch. 5. Classmates and parents: I found the kids and parents here are very likable too, a smart and happy bunch that you can be friends for life. My kids love their teachers, and the school, they ask to come back for after school, and I am very happy with the school, they are my friends and almost like family at times. My child has been with this school since pre-school years and is now in Kindergarten. I finally felt I should write my review, especially after reading many negative reviews here. I agree with some of the comments below, such as no A/C, and bathrooms are dated, lack of two way communications with parents etc. However, overall I still think the experience is very positive and my child has flourished at Trust (even though he does speak English with accent). I think the accent issue will be corrected when he gets older and through elementary school. I'm not worried about that a bit. It's true one of the two room teachers has accent or does not speak English very well, but these teachers are supposed to teach Chinese only. After all, through K, I think the only material factor of a child's school experience is the teacher (passionate about teaching, compassionate about children). They learn much more than at public school (K) - that's satisfactory in my view. For Preschool 1 & 2, I would give 3 star (so-so experience). My major complaint is that the teachers should treat each child with more care and attention (these children are toddlers still and need to be cared for). For Pre K, I would give 4.5 star. My child's teachers are very loving and caring. the children hug each teacher when they leave at the end of the day. The teachers pay much attention to each child (better than preschool ones). For K, I would give 5 star. The teacher is extremely passionate about teaching and children. All the children love her and love to go to school each day (a lot of fun). My child has grown from a shy, introvert toddler to a confident, happy kid. He is well mannered at school. At least at K level, the parents I spoke to are very happy. All the festivities and school performances made their experience fun and certainly built their confidence (no fear, no stage fright). I think that's most important to children of this age, than memorizing maybe 100 more words and being able to do addition/subtraction a little earlier than peers. 2015 update. My son still remember his teachers at Trust and wanted to visit his kindergarten teacher when he was on holiday. That says enough about This school. This is just an "ok" school... not the best, but definitely not the worse. I've enrolled my daughter in the preschool program going on 2 years. My daughter adored her pre-K1 teacher so we stuck around and decided not to disrupt her routine. But now that my daughter is in pre-K2 I am growing increasingly frustrated with the school. Here are my gripes about the school: 1) Some teachers do not speak English very well including the School Director. I've heard teachers use the wrong verb tense and some do not even speak English. I understand this is a Chinese/English immersion school; however, it still bothers me. 2) There is no development chart for each child; you basically do not know how your child is doing on a weekly/monthly basis until the parent-teacher conference which only happens twice a year. I review my child's work and everything looks fine, but I still want frequent reports. 3) The school is considered a Montessori, but based on my observation the teachers do not adhere to the teaching philosophy. 4) I've sent an email to the Director before with no response. 5) When my daughter soiled her pants once she came home with a lump of stool still stuck to her butt. This should've been the last straw, but I brushed it off. I am so relieved that my daughter will be starting kindergarten in the Fall and we will be placing her in summer camp in June. It is hard to justify paying over $1k a month for basically daycare. I do think the teachers care about the children's education and well being. I know they do their best. Well I am a sixth grader and I look back to my two years at trust montesory. I remember the awesome times I have had and the laughter, the songs and dances, and the fun we had. I loved this so much and remembered all the fun and educational times there. I think that the curriculum is excellent and just everyone there is very nice. They shaped me to the confident person I am today. They offer soooo much! I remember when I graduated kindergarten I cried because I didn't want to leave. This school has a great curriculum that has both Chinese and English. The arts are very fun too! I remember at the end at graduation, there were dances and songs they taught us to do for graduation and that was a great experience. Here are some key concerns & feedback I have gathered from many parents since Nov-09 last year: 1) Teachers lack the passion for what they do (less to zero care attitude) 2) Boring/same teaching materials used every year (children who stay in the same class/teacher more than a year usually feel very sleepy) 3) High ratio 1:12 - teacher to student (children will not get attention from teacher) 4) Inadequate communications with parents about children's development (you have no clue when did your daughter first learned to write ABC) 5) Less focus and observation on children's development progress (No track record or notes available for each kid) Above just to name a few the most common comments I heard from the parents I met in the last 12 months. No Pre-school is perfect but this place has just too many areas where not just improvement is needed but significant changes are required. Don't go to the school! They're doing nothing except eating your money. I wish I could give zero star for 1) the school force your young kids to study online, and refuse to refund even though the kids did not participate. my 3-year daughter is too little to take the online class. but I have to pay for that 2) Directors keep the deposit in their own pocket - greedy,selfish and unprofessional. I informed the school in April that we withdraw the program and want to get the one-month deposit back because there is no in-person school in the next few months and my daughter is leaving the country. They only replied no refund of deposit and have never came back with any solutions. Literally I gave up asking them and decided to donate the $1200. but they refused to give a donation proof. That means all the money will go to their own pocket instead of giving to the school. They were saying I gave up by myself and they would keep the deposit. What?! How greedy and selfish they are! 3) some facts. teachers are voluntary to give online classes and do not get paid. however, the school charged every student(no matter you want to participate or not) on that; they rarely replied with inquiries and emails from parents; forced kids to buy Valentino cards that they assigned(many of us spend a week to searching for the cards).. 4) !! disclose the expense. They're determined to keep the deposit, it's fair for me to know how they're going to use it to benefit the program but they said no.. The school is spacious and students have place to run around. Some teachers are loving and caring. However, some just don't know how to discipline and teach children. There are kids very rude and my son picked up a few bad habits from them. Teacher doesn't know how to discipline children. Teacher don't take children to handle conflicts in a positive way. Often time they just try to ignore problematic child. The academic is ok, not particualr good or bad. It just follows similar standard like most other school School director doesn't have passion on education but purely manage the school as business and try to make most profit out of the students. read more

I sent my daughter here for her last year of preschool before Kindergarten and noticed she exploded with knowledge. I know I made the right decision even though I made sacrifices to pay the tuition. Her teachers noticed so much improvement too. During the end of the year Spring performance we expected my daughter not to be as involved because she is on the shy side but there she was front and center. I was emotional because I had no idea she was that talented and she did all the dance routines. She really loved performing. As for as her Mandarin, we don't speak it at home so I wouldn't know how well the teaching is but at this age, as long as they continue to hear it on a regular basis. I plan to send my son here soon. I would ding half a star for the pick up and drop off area. Parents seem to not follow rules and park on red zones or make their own parking spots that I am always really annoyed at how chaotic it can be. Excellent Bilingual preschool. Teachers are very caring & accountable. Activities are very well thought out. My daughter's mandarin has improved tremendously since started here and most importantly, she is having lots of fun doing it. read more

My sons had great time in this school. My older son was a full time student and I sent my younger one to their summer program. Both of them enjoyed their time there. Ms. An and Ms. Flora both are very responsive and took their time to talk to you. The three classes my son experienced are all good though I do like some teachers over others. But over all, the teachers we've worked with are loving and caring and my sons love their teachers a lot. Even the cleaning ladies are very friendly and look happy. And I found the daily notification is informative and well organized. They are strong at academic while brought in a fun way. The tuition is very reasonable and you need to pay for extra gym or music class if you choose to. The program itself has music and dance hour. If I have anything that I think they can improve, it will be the smell in the classroom of newly potty-trained kids. The unpleasant smell is not unfamiliar to me when I visited other schools. I don't smell it all the time, but when it happens it might ruin the first impression of a great school.
