I thought I was heading towards surgery, but decided to try a chiropractor first. Dr. Pete recommended the EMSCULPT Neo therapy and I couldn't be happier. It only took one session for the pain to significantly dissipate and for the muscles around my knee to start to work as they should again. I saw improvements after every session and I am starting to do the physical activities that I love again. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr. Pete for your help, kindness, and recommendations. I accompanied one of my parents who was having a procedure. I knew that I would almost certainly have to wait outside, and it was fortunately not too hot, and there was a nice shady spot near the entrance from which I could watch. It was a later appointment in the afternoon, and as the parking lot emptied I made a couple rounds of the parking lot. (Gotta get those steps in for the day!) Tip--when exiting next time, I will go around the back of the building to the lower exit which is further away from the curve and makes it easier to see. It soon became obvious that they were not only running behind but that we apparently were the last one of the day. Dr. Downey came out personally to not only tell me how the procedure went but to apologize for the wait and running behind. I thought it was very nice and unexpected that a doctor didn't just send out a nurse with the messages so that he could expedite his own departure. Moreover, my parent seems to be very pleased with the care and attention from Dr. Downey and his staff.
