Lo and behold, they provide two more things I have been looking for pretty hard recently- beautiful reclaimed (recycled) wood (sloophout) with which I want to build some shelves in my work-in-progress kitchen and meubels op maat, or custom made furniture. I think I am going to commission a table from them at which point I will update this review. I haven't yet spoken with the head designer, Ignacio if I am correct, but with his associate who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to wood, they also create all sorts of beautiful things for the home from recycled materials. I am *so* happy I ran into this place. You should check 'em out too!

Some things seemed more expensive to me, but most are reasonably priced. Everything is neatly organized and sorted out and the customer service is great. I bought a power drill and realized when I got home that I had forgot to use a coupon that I clipped out. Went back a few days later to pick up more things and asked them if I could also do a price adjustment for the power drill I had purchased. They told me my coupon had already expired, but they had another coupon that I could use and they adjusted it for me. Saved 20% instead of 25%, but still good! I'm a happy camper. He was invited for simple tasks such as hanging a lamp, yet he spent four hours attempting the same task without success. In the end, he damaged a brand new lamp and failed to complete the work. When we asked him to leave he became aggressive. The contractor also behaved in a rude and aggressive manner in the group WhatsApp chat that included Mr Fix, yet no action was taken. Mr Fix took zero accountability for this situation. Despite clearly explaining that I was uncomfortable communicating with the contractor after this incident, they repeatedly forced me to deal with him directly. When I attempted to resolve the issue directly with Mr Fix, they refused to handle it and continued pushing me back to the contractor. To make matters worse, their CEO ultimately told me via WhatsApp to "leave him alone." This completely defeats the purpose of using a platform like Mr Fix. There is no customer protection, no accountability, and no support when something goes wrong.

In my situation, waiting for 3 weeks is just not acceptable: the wall of my bedroom is wide open and full of toxic mould such that I cannot use the bedroom at all.

Their office staff are unprofessional, rude and not trustworthy. I wish I read the reviews before calling them but didn't expect a 90Euro service call to end up being a 1700Euro new system.

The owner also offers consulting services if you need lighting in your home but you don't know what to get.
