I first made an appointment with them on August 12th for a leakage in a wall. They were supposed to come between 9 and 11am. We called them at 11.15am seeing no-one had shown up and they said they'd come around 1pm. That's disrespectful in the first place. Then the guy shows up and starts investigating the leak. After an hour he said he had to stop for the day because he had to come back with a special machine and left, saying I'd get a call back to schedule another appointment. I didn't get a call, so I chased them on the phone and got told they had no availability until September. In my situation, waiting for 3 weeks is just not acceptable: the wall of my bedroom is wide open and full of toxic mould such that I cannot use the bedroom at all. read more

Make sure you get a detailed written quote before you let them anywhere near your kettle and compare the quote to published prices of CVtotal, Budgetketel and Warmgarant. In my case MartinBreman had the highest price among their competitors, say 20% higher. If you can live with paying 20% and hope that the job will be done quickly and professionally, be prepared for 2-3 visits from inexperienced and/or rude technicians. In my case, it took them two goes to finish a simple installation job after two previous visits to try to fix the old one. I called them in to repair an old heating system, they suggested the system had to be replaced and tried to charge the highest price among their competitors. Their office staff are unprofessional, rude and not trustworthy. I wish I read the reviews before calling them but didn't expect a 90Euro service call to end up being a 1700Euro new system. read more
