There's are only 2 registers open. 15 people in each one. People are walking in, and turning around walking out. There's a lot of employees putting out product. 3 carts full of unsold merchandise that people discarded at the registers and left. I added mine to them. Terrible customer service. I went to Michael's in and out in 10 min, am employees helped me find what I wanted and said "thanks for coming in". Hobby lobby can pay someone to put my stuff back instead of checking me out. I almost posted a pic.

Afterwards we self-toured the galleries which included lots of artwork, some displayed in a connected walkway between the two mansions, and the rest were located in the East mansion which has been converted into galleries, art studios, offices, and a gift shop. They also have a lot of Shenango China on display. It was a very nice experience. We really enjoyed the guided tour, it was our favorite part. Highly recommend a visit here.
