I've had my mm card 6 years I have tried every dispensary in wesley chapel and all over Tampa but I now only go to trulieve wesley chapel exclusively i never go anywhere else and its been like 3 yrs that I've only been going there and the reason being is they just have excellent quality on everything they sell so yes Trulieve is the place to go they are fast with no long wait times and again everything about them is excellent!!! i mean their customer service is next level like no other and to me they have the absolute very best products they also know their products well so they can help you get the best product for what you need and then the cherry on top are the people who work there they go out of their way to help you and make sure you're happy so please go to trulieve and once you go there you'll never want to go anywhere else and wesley chapel is my favorite location so shout out to everyone in the wesley chapel location thanks to everyone for all you do for me and thank you for your excellent customer service and tasty products (yummy) and one more thing they will actually become like a second family to you especially if you go there all of the time and you get to know everyone, I love you guys in wesley chapel keep up the good work.... Certain employees are great if you have all the time in the world and pick up mid afternoon. Tonight I went, and this has happened once before, but I'm there 8:55pm and the door is locked. I have express pick up and I work all day. I have to keep knocking on the door for the shift supervisor to open at 858 to explain everything must be dispensed by 9pm orders of Tony the manager. Well, TONY, I was there before 9pm with an express pick up. Your staff starts walking out at 9:00 on the dot . Look at the cameras they closed up well before 9pm. By far the WORST Trulieve location, or any dispensary, for that matter. They tell you 10 min. wait time and you sit there for 45+ mins. I saw multiple people just getting up and walking out. You walk back there and you have two people helping customers and everyone just standing around not doing anything. And you wonder why you have customers waiting and getting pissed off?!?! DO YOUR JOB! It shouldn't be hard to put a few items into a paper bag and staple it shut. It's not rocket science. The skills required for this job is, well... none.. and yet people still can't seem to figure it out over there. They should be embarrassed. I don't see this location lasting much longer. read more

Wow! They send marketing out that in reality is SPAM. Why spam? Because if you logon the second you get the email or Instagram post, they are already out. Their website is awful! Inventory is NEVER right. Yesterday they were out of concentrate, CBD, minis, Trugels, chocolate, cookies, prerolls. Their staff is hit or miss. Receptionist gets blasted by customers regularly. One staff literally argues with me and dropped an F* bomb when doing so. I have her $40 on a $30 order and she kept asking for more. Cant even count money? Not sure training to remedy that. Lots of the staff are college students, just wanting to get high. They do not know strain specific info. In fact, most of the time, I educate them. Last but not least....they need to stop opening stores!!!! Yes! Stop! You have no inventory, an uneducated staff and the online is atrocious! Satisfy the needs of the customers you have before expanding. If you go to TruLieve in the Tampa Bay Area....expect to be disappointed. Try any location....they will be out of inventory. Their online policies are trash. I place an order in the morning time and by the time I get there, they tell me it's all sold out. The person who I spoke to became argumentative and contradicted themselves multiple times about why it's done like this. Why are they doing carts on a first come first serve basis while allowing online orders? If you order online, they don't reserve your cart - if the last one gets sold, it doesn't matter if you reserved it at all. The worst part is treatment of people. If the staff doesn't communicate properly by contacting you about issues fulfilling an order (as is their policy on their website) their attitude is that it's your fault for not assuming that the order was cancelled since you did not get the OPTIONAL text message saying it was ready. They rarely have what you want and order. They bait you in by filling one item in your order wasting your time so you by the product they can't move as a "suggestion". If they had any care of customers time they would let you know before you come in. Instead they push the unwanted product on the people they trick online to think they will receive what they ordered. if i could give no stars, i would. trulieve has proven to be the WORST dispensary in the state of florida. this location being one of the worst. while the employees are kind and helpful, there are maybe 3 of them in the store at any given time. each time i come to this dispensary, there are 2 cashiers out of 8 registers. it takes 40+ minutes to pickup an ONLINE ORDER with the ONLINE CHECK IN. this is absolutely absurd and it needs taken care of. if the company is short staffed, then they need to HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES. but guess what, if you apply for the job, they won't even reach back out to you (even if you are highly qualified, and call them to check in on status of application). every customer in this place is miserable waiting on their orders, and the employees are so obviously miserable trying to do the jobs of 8+ people while only having 3. read more

Crazy. Every time I speak to someone, I get different information. Nothing is ever available on the website and customer service has no idea when it will be back in stock. And, I have been in the Dispensary and they have a product that is out of stock online. Terrible way to do business. Also, when I ask about a product, no two people say the same thing. medical marijuana is used mainly by older people with health issues. I obtained my medical marijuana card because I have aggressive progressive MS and thought it might help. The company Trulieve itself is an absolute ridiculous example of a business, that seems to be run by kids. The website will show you products and you will try to order but then within 24 hours they will cancel your order and inform you that they don't have the products they sold you. Then they will offer you more expensive products without any incentive to buy them. A very typical bait and switch. Their prices are already the highest around. After they cancel your order they will usually set your delivery date another day or two out. The staff always blames the website and says that they've complained to it as if it's some other business. They never have the product that they advertised but they're quick to replace it with something more expensive. They will spam you with email and if you login to purchase any of the sale products they're magically out of stock. I would recommend that you try any of the other local dispensaries as there are five or six within the same distance. The only advantage to trulieve is that they do deliver even if their delivery people are just as Clueless as the rest of their staff. I would run far far away from this company that is obviously either too busy to help anyone or making so much money they don't need yours.. read more

Website never works, but place and verify orders for products they don't have, the online chat option has never once works for me, I'm trying to call customer service has never been less than a 45 minute wait.The specials they offer are much worse than the other dispensaries and they rarely have anything in stock. I went today and they had no flour, or no concentrate Despite their website saying they have both. Also they will advertise flour at A specific percentage and when you pick it up the percentage is much lower. Thankfully in this area there's five different dispensaries within a half hour and I will not be returning to Trulieve but rather one of the other dispensaries. In no way shape or form Do I feel like I'm losing out by never returning to this company.
