Today I went and the cashier, named Valerie on the receipt with the eyeball necklace, was speaking with a coworker in a happy tone and as I got in check out, she took her time getting to the register without once looking at me or saying hello but continuing to talk to her coworker. Then, when she was done with her cheerful conversation, her voice went full monotone. When I gave her my phone number for the 1st responder discount, the 10% was not applied either, and I didn't realize it until I left. It wasn't worth it at that point with the terrible customer service to even go back. After this visit, I stopped by McDonalds for a quick snack, and even the fast food customer service there was way better. Initially I was excited because they sell raw milk here. However, I may just have to go back to Chucks instead. I will give them a few more chances but honestly appalled of the service and this is 2 times in a row.

Date of visit: November 28, 2025…read more I'd heard of Sprouts before but never had an opportunity to visit one until this trip down to Florida for a cruise. We needed a couple small items and walked over after breakfast. It definitely has a Trader Joe's vibe, so if that's not your scene you likely won't care for Sprouts, either. Think healthy and natural with fun twist. I found the items I was looking for and while they weren't exactly cheap, they both seemed to be of above average quality and I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. All of the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful (when's the last time you can say that you experienced that!?), and I wouldn't hesitate to visit another location on my travels if I had the opportunity to do so.

Sprouts Farmers Market (the one I go to in [Your City]) - 5 stars, no notes…read more I'm obsessed. Walking into Sprouts feels like someone gave Whole Foods a personality transplant and slashed the prices while they were at it. The produce section is legitimately gorgeous -- heaps of organic kale that actually looks alive, avocados that are ripe EXACTLY when they say they will be (witchcraft?), and those little cartons of specialty mushrooms I pretend to know how to cook. Everything smells like it was picked this morning, because half of it probably was. The bulk bins are dangerous for me. I go in for almonds and leave with mocha-dusted chocolate almonds, chili-lime pistachios, and some random grain I saw on TikTok that I'll never figure out how to pronounce. Their bulk spices are also clutch -- I refilled smoked paprika for like $0.87 the other day and felt like I hacked the system. The deli/sandwich counter is low-key one of the best lunch deals in town. $8.99 for a massive made-to-order sandwich on fresh-baked bread with all the fancy toppings? Yes please. The "Sprouts Classic" with turkey, cranberry, and stuffing vibes year-round is stupidly good. Meat and seafood counter people are always chill and actually know what they're talking about. Got sold on some cedar-plank salmon that changed my weeknight dinner game. And if you're plant-based, the selection of fake meats and cheeses that don't taste like regret is honestly impressive. Only tiny gripe: the parking lot is a blood sport on weekends and they play the same 7 acoustic covers on loop, but I'll fight for a spot and hum along to "Wonderwall" on ukulele if it means I get to shop here. Sprouts, never change (except maybe add one more register on Saturdays). See you tomorrow... again.

I love all the staff that work there honestly. The owner, Mrs. Nancy is the sweetest and most helpful person. Mrs. Betsy is super nice and very knowledgeable too. Nancy's Natural Foods really has helped me so much since I had my car accident. They're all so knowledgeable and I could talk to them for hours on end about natural medicine and holistic health. Nancy's was recently remodeled I believe last year and received a bit of an update which was nice. I think they could also do with a light relaxing music through a small tv or Bluetooth speakers set up to promote calmness and relaxing environment. I wish they had an area to purchase educational content like books on herbs, qi gong, reiki, etc. I also wish they had fresh herbs available for teas, baths, or soap and cosmetic use, but I know the humidity in Florida doesn't make it necessarily stable to prevent mold in herbs etc. I also wish they had a room where they could hold educational talks or workshops. If you have just 10 minutes I recommend just to stop in and browse. I am sure you will find something there that you have been looking for!
