I was taken by the banker named Samuel who seems to be the manager I explained to him that I could not use the ATM since I do not have my card yet. With his excellent customer service he suggested he can get a card for me same day and don't have to wait longer! Samuel found a solution instead of me waiting and was able to cash out my money and did not have to worry about waiting for my card. I will come back again since it is my nearest TB bank!

Not to mention, it is funny seeing the bank teller's face when you ask for more than two hundred dollars in $1 dollar bills. There are floor to ceiling "windows" that appear to be walls. But these are actually curtains. The curtains go up when/if a transaction is needed. I thought this was cool and created an added safety feature. There are also glass offices where other tellers worked. My experience... I will NEVER return to this location as there is no privacy and the customer service/protection of customer personal information is nonexistent. I got stuck having to conduct my transaction at the dreaded restaurant styled booth!!!! I had to tell the teller to stop repeating my personal info (name, address etc) loud enough for the entire bank to hear (he was not talking loud, there was just no privacy). The checker at BoA gave me a bunch of rolls and told me to start counting my change by hand. After counting $30 of coins a friendly manager at BoA told me that PNC has a free coin counting machine. I walked down the street to PNC and discovered that they do indeed have this magical coin counting machine. $70 in small coins counted in just 1-2 min. The machine even sorted out foreign coins and spit them out of the machine. It then gives you a little paper slip to take to the counter to get your cash. All around a great experience.

Apparently I wasn't notified of my $39 membership fee in January and was then assessed a $25 past due fee plus interest. In February I was assessed $45 fee plus interest for non-payment. When I was sent a notice from Credit Karma that my credit score dropped 40 points, after having a perfect payment record for the last 10 years, I called Capital One. The young lady got the fee and interest removed for February, however they would not change my credit report nor remove the Jan charge. We are talking about $39 membership fee, for a card I don't use and have had for years. Why don't I use it, because the interest rate 28%. Capital One has no one to speak to except the one person I spoke to on the phone and no Sr manager to speak to. This is pathetic customer service. I have two bank accounts, another card with them and this is how they treat their customers. Oh and if you want to complain to their credit dispute department, you have to send all your personal identity information by US Mail for them to even review it. If you aren't getting the message about how much Capital One sucks, I hope you do now. Closing accounts just makes your credit score worse....

The last time I walked in, I was immediately greeted and was let known that someone was going to help me immediately. The concierge said that he remembered me... which might be true... although I go in to the bank very very rarely. He started conversation he was just so nice. I ended up telling him what I needed ( a replacement check card). While his other associate was busy with a customer, he got the checkcard ready and sat me down to wait. He expedited the process for the associate one I got to him. Just a really kind man. The associate helped me quickly and efficiently. Which was good, cause I had a party to be at and I had no idea that my checkcard was cancelled due to suspicious activity. Overall the customer service at this branch is 5 shooting stars. They obviously care alot about their customers, and it shows in everything they do.
