No record of where the funds were until I followed up a week later to find out their transfer did not go through. If I hadn't, no record existed, scary. Long story short, their customer support is almost impossible to get through, mobile app really poor and really hard to leave them. I'm cashing out early and paying the fee just to get away. Lending tree and Bread savings rates are as good and by far easier to navigate.
