She was told we could access the account by close of business that day. But, it didn't happen. We tried to call and leave messages but never got a call back from the local manager. I then went to the office and the problem was fixed. This took several days because we wanted to make sure we had not made any errors on our end. The reality is they promise but do not deliver.
