So far I have lived at my house for three years, within the first 6 months my mortgage was sold to…read moreanother company and returned to the mortgage firm at least 4 times, it was so bad that I literally had to call each month and find out who I needed to make a payment to. It gets worse, they keep selling my mortgage and have such poor customer service. I was just notified again that my mortgage was sold once more to PNC bank. I make payments within the guidelines and they give me confirmation numbers and then they charge me not only for a missed payment, this is then reported to the credit bureau and I take a hit on my credit, and they are also charging me an additional late payment.
