STAY FAR AWAY FROM; "All…read moreabout U estate sales" # 9 of their contract says they can arrange for items to be picked up, no place in the contract does it specify a time limit. All about U estate sales" said they would have 5 people working the sale because it included a home a large garage and 2 sheds-they had 2, sometimes a third showed up. All about U estate sales" said they would put up signage to assure we would be seen- they did. fourteen signs were put up; 3 and 4 of them at one corner, never less than 2! No signage up by main roads leading to . People complained they could not find the place. All about U estate sales" claimed after the fact it was because they were afraid the $5 signs would get picked up ( locals said- not if they are picked up at end of weekend All about U estate sales" were suppose to advertise- they did ONLY on their own site! We repeatedly requested to be given pictures and the video All about U estate sales" said they made (still haven't seen) so we too could advertise-never received them. On the last two days the people that did come to buy were people that we advertised from our marketplace accounts in Volusia county and Marion county-their 2 employees bought the large screen TV 60", mini fridgerator, paintball gun - you get the idea. People actually took orchids that were in the tree outside the back porch because no one from All about U estate sales was there to see since they did not have enough people covering the 2 1/2 acrea with 4 sheds and a home- no one was there to stop it! The employees broke the treadmill when someone wanted to see if it could go any lower- they turned it upside down and began taking the belt off- now it doesn't even run! We are getting ready to sell and have had 3 realtor companies come over. They suggest we hire a company that does Estate sales, we told them that we did and the company has held the sale. They were shocked as they looked around and said there was so much here that would sell! Yesterday the owner of All about U Estate sales sent a company out that was going to pick up everything- they took the lock box (he left )and the table (he forgot.) Today the company All about U estate sales sent said it was too much and they backed out. We called the owner of the" All about U estate sales their response; it has been 6 mo. Too much time has passed. There is no time limit on the contract, their men were told right after that we would be calling about a later pick up and we were not told there was a time limit, no one from the establishment called to say we needed to get this picked up ... surprisingly it was not too late to pick up their lock box and table though!!! Stay away unless you like being ripped off- 30% for a very crappy job was only worth it because they said they would do clean up- now not even that is NOT being done!!! Tried talking to the owner, became a shouting match as he continued to talk over me saying "the timeline for pick up was implied" when he said it had been too long, I asked where on the contract was a time limit or date put in? He hung up on me! Phew- I feel better- rant over and maybe saved someone from making the same mistake
