I have been a returning patient to this place for years, and they were always very good about communicating what things would cost with me. However, as of earlier this year (around June to be more specific), I switched to a different health insurance plan. They told me it would be fine, and that my plan was accepted by them. Now it's October, and I arrived there to hear that suddenly my plan is not accepted now. Which also means that all appointments I've had after switching my insurance are not covered. They didn't bother to tell me this until NEARLY HALF A YEAR LATER. Now I'm almost 200 dollars deep in appointments that I assumed would cost half that. I am so disappointed in this business, especially with my years of going there and experiencing no problems whatsoever. I don't know who's advising the decisions around there, but they need to rethink what they are doing. STAT.

Again they were early. We had a very positive experience. We recommend Compass Patient Transport.

She was busy on Tuesday so we scheduled for Wed morning at 08:30 AM. Wednesday morning at 07:55 AM, she calls and leaves a message that she is not in the area. I call her back and she says that she is not able to make our appointment ... our appointment that was "penciled in". VERY disappointed with this lack of customer service and just plain rudeness. If she had an issue with making the appointment, she should have called Tuesday night ... not 35 minutes before a SCHEDULED appointment (there was NO doubt in my mind that I had a hard and fast appointment ... nothing "penciled in" about it!) to cancel it. I will not be rescheduling, I will not be using her services in the future. DISAPPOINTING!
