I have been a returning patient to this place for years, and they were always very good about communicating what things would cost with me. However, as of earlier this year (around June to be more specific), I switched to a different health insurance plan. They told me it would be fine, and that my plan was accepted by them. Now it's October, and I arrived there to hear that suddenly my plan is not accepted now. Which also means that all appointments I've had after switching my insurance are not covered. They didn't bother to tell me this until NEARLY HALF A YEAR LATER. Now I'm almost 200 dollars deep in appointments that I assumed would cost half that. I am so disappointed in this business, especially with my years of going there and experiencing no problems whatsoever. I don't know who's advising the decisions around there, but they need to rethink what they are doing. STAT.

(HUGE with me!) I've NEVER been to a place so efficient where under 5 min. after arriving to a well maintained & clean reception area they take you back, Never leaves you waiting like a std. Dr.s office! THIS is what Cust. Srv should be & a rarity these days. They accept most insur. Please note: He does so much more than on his card!
