However, as of earlier this year (around June to be more specific), I switched to a different health insurance plan. They told me it would be fine, and that my plan was accepted by them. Now it's October, and I arrived there to hear that suddenly my plan is not accepted now. Which also means that all appointments I've had after switching my insurance are not covered. They didn't bother to tell me this until NEARLY HALF A YEAR LATER. Now I'm almost 200 dollars deep in appointments that I assumed would cost half that. I am so disappointed in this business, especially with my years of going there and experiencing no problems whatsoever. I don't know who's advising the decisions around there, but they need to rethink what they are doing. STAT.
