He also offices in Stillwater certain days of the week. Ryan is professional and well educated about the body. He has a calming presence and his goal is always to make your body feel better. Clinical massages are more of a holistic way of treating pain, tightness, etc (in my opinion). He also provides "regular" massages as well. With clinical massages he uses techniques like cupping, the amethyst mat, and other techniques like movements that would be used in physical therapy. He also finds spots on my body that I didn't realize were causing pain or were stiff. He always gets my back in working order and that's always my main objective. He's AWESOME! I also paid an additional fee to use the sauna afterwards. I love that extra feature. And hopefully one day in the future I'd love to try out Heather for some acupuncture.

I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.

I made an appointment this evening and arrived about 20 minutes later just to see the girls/therapists pile into a little car right in front of me. They drove off anyway and I have no doubt they knew I was there since more than one turned their head around and looked at me getting ready to come in. Well, tthis tells me one thing... THEY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT OR RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Now there was no answer at their phone number so I sent a text instead to voice my frustration. I told them they will not stay in business long if they're going to treat people like that. I mean they could have at least called me back if they planned on leaving, right?? Common courtesy, right? Then I said I will just go to their competition instead if they don't care, but to my surprise I received the following reply... "Go ahead. Losing just one wont hurt us." This made me tell them I would be compelled to post a review to let people know what they did. Here is their next reply... "Go ahead. I have to review it first then it can be publish lol." So, obviously they don't care when it comes right down to it. I'm not saying don't go, but just be advised that if you do, you could end up wasting your time and money driving there. The receptionist then asked me if I was deaf and hung up. I don't think it was her accent but in fact the volume set too low on my phone. I think this was very unprofessional and want any others who are looking for a place to know the experience I had myself. I have looked into other reviews and have found other startling information that paints a negative picture of the business. Do not use this business if a certified massage therapist is what you are seeking.
