There are two signs explaining how to use the room (a copycat of the defunct Curves model) but it's not enforced so not it's not functional as designed. Folks get on machines ( that are readily available on the floor) and stay on one machine for 5 min or worse yet... come in in groups of 2 or three and stop the flow completely. I've requested help with this dozens of times... no results Emailed the club with no response. Time to check out Golds or TrueFit I'm going to miss this place.
