This was just a consult, and the X-Rays provided were brand new and very clear! This is an obvious money grab, and they're clearly not interested in what's best for the patient overall outcomes. This is blatant corporate greed.

Well, the pain became unbearable, and I was frantically searching one morning for an endodontist who could take him that very day. At this point (even with a lot of OTC pain killers and amoxicillin in his system), the only thing that cut the pain from 10 to 8 was cold water in his mouth). Thankfully, Dr. McKinley was able to work him in the very day that I called. And, although the tooth needed to be extracted by an oral surgeon, Dr. McKinley cleaned the root out enough to relief my husband of the excruciating pain that he was in, so that he could actually sleep that night before going to the oral surgeon the next day. If I need an endodontist in the future, Dr. McKinley will be the doctor that I schedule. The hubby can tell his own personal story about the ordeal, but from my standpoint, Dr. McKinley's office saved him from such unrelenting pain that makes a 5 star experience for me!

The worse part was the shot but I was coached through it...breathing really works. A really good numb area works wonders! The best parts of my visit, were the support I got from everyone and the care that I received. I felt listened to and I felt equally treated. See, I had the opportunity of listening to Dr. Lisa Ellingsen speak with a patient and I was blown away. Her patience and her reassurance soothed me in the next room. By the time she got to me, I had no questions to ask because she's already answer those questions for me. The biggest question that she answered was, I'm in good hands....years of experience. Although I left sore and somewhat traumatized (not because of her but because of past memories flooding my mind), I knew that the job was well done. I got a chance to look at the very clear X-rays. Again, expressing feelings about your root canal it's not as easy as describing how wonderful vacation was. They didn't even give her pain medication afterwards and told her your going to be hurting for three days. They were mostly concerned with getting paid nothing else. My mom later had to call twice and ask for pain medication she was in horrific pain. The dr prescribed her a NARCOTIC it was so strong my mom landed in ER with severe vomiting and pain. The ER doctor even said this medicine is horrible and it makes you super sick. The doctor never called to check on my mom to see if she was ok or anything. She later decided she was never coming back here. She called to get her X-rays transferred somewhere else the staff didn't even ask why or what happened or anything. What a great and concerning staff. NEVER COME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOUR ONLY MONEY HERE THATS IT.
