Great! - I thought it must be spectacular if they want me to come in for it, right? I was livid when they offered the same special I've been getting offers for for months - as long as I auto pay! What a load of crap! Why did they make me drive out of town for that?! (There's no Fido or Roger's shop in my town.) I told the clerk I was dissatisfied with this, and I was going to complain!! Next day, I get a call from Fido asking what happened and they got an earful!! She offered me better plans for both our lines for $40/month. Finally! Under $100 per month!! We both have 60GB Canada wide calling, texting international. Cellphone service has come a long way since I got my first non-smartphone for $20/month!!

I am very very disappointed with their service. My family went Dec 19th (mid week) for the second…read moretime to get 3 packages that the Corporate Center couldn't find the week before. It took almost 4 hours for my wife, son and daughter to find their packages, and get this, they had to look for them on their own. The staff could not find the packages, nor did they have any record of them. After several hours of searching through unorganized piles in the back, my family did manage to find our packages. Others in line were not so lucky. The Corporate Center staff is fortunate that the line was comprised of polite Canadians, because it could have easily become and angry mob. I have told many people to stop using the UPS store and start using The Corporate Center, but I'm afraid I can no longer recommend their service in any way shape or form. It seems that just like the UPS store they have far exceeded their capacity. But seriously Corporate Center, if you are reading this, GET SOME SHELVES AND LEARN HOW TO SORT. It's not rocket science. Both my son and daughter said that given one or two overnight shifts, the two of them could have done a decent job of organizing the place. If you need a package between February and October, you'll probably be okay, but anywhere near Christmas, stay away. Sadly, this forces me back to the UPS store, who, while being slow, rude and disorganized, have only lost one package in 10 years - much better odds. And sadly, the other options in Ogdensburg, require a special customer number that cannot be entered into text-only name fields on most online merchant sites. Judging by the very negative comments from the people in line, I'd say this is the beginning of the end for the Corporate Center. You had your chance, and you blew it.

We were cut off and they seem to arrogantly take pleasure in cutting us off. Why? We did nothing wrong! Any home owner with the same predicament, would have done the same thing, We liked Leon (the founder we think) and generally liked most of their prompt service and were shocked by their lack of understanding in this serious situation, lack of professionalism and zero empathy, four our dilemma with water pouring down to our first floor and below. We did nothing wrong, as they indicated that they would not be there for at least three hours, and with damaging water everyone know that every moment counts and damage could have been extremely bad. Our feeling is that we had no choice, but to see if another plumber could help stop the flow, and save the day! 1000 Island Plumbing came in 15 minutes!!! Solved it quickly! Whew emergency over! I waited many, many months to post this, as they used to be a Triple A company, for us over the years, with the founder always going the extra mile for us, on the various plumbing events we had. We felt nothing but good will towards them, but this seemed totally unfair on their part. We wish them well...
