I just had to fill out some forms and then I was in the dentist's chair. Tamara was the hygienist that performed my exam. From the time I walked in, she was warm and accommodating, making small talk to get to know me. The exam and cleaning were thorough, and Tamara provided me with tips to improve my dental health. Dr. Howard came to examine me at the end and then I was checked out and out the door. Overall, I had a great experience here and I will be returning.

I didn't feel like I was a valued patient and I was driving 15 miles to get to them. Thus my quest to find a new dentist. A friend recommended her dentist and I am very happy to have found the McCarl Dental Group. Everyone I met at this office has been super friendly and helpful. I'm happy to have Dr Lee as my dentist and the dental hygienists, Nancy and Meagan are both very thorough and knowledgeable. The bonus is they are located very close to where I live so I no longer have to drive 15 miles. I highly recommend them.

Recently on going to another dentists imagine my surprised when the ex-ray showed that there is still a post in my bottom gum. They offered to take it out but haven't decided yet since it doesn't bother me. Was this an oversight on her part? Does she have too many patients? Was I a difficult patient? She told me once that she never had a patient with as many problems (I called and came in a lot with problems being a new denture wearer). I'm giving 3 stars because Dr. Lee a fairly good bedside manner and the other people in the office are very nice. Didn't care much for Frances (a little pushy).

My mom's insurance covers her cleanings and now they are sending her incorrect bills saying she owes for cleanings. You need to replace your front office staff so your businss can soar because these billing errors are ridiculous!!!! And while the office staff is the issue, the practice is the one I will be reporting to the Maryland State Board od Dental Examiners. Fix the errors. I had a good experience at the Dentist a few weeks ago. While I was very nervous about having a…read moreroot canal, Dr. Do the attending dentist, was very amicable and kind. He allayed my concerns by informing me that he would administer sufficient numbing of the area. He did and he massaged the area as well. He frequently asked if I was alright and assured me during the process. Surprisingly, I felt no pain or discomfort. I was so calm and relieved during the process. On my follow-up visit, Yessi did a phenomenal job! She removed my temporary crown seamlessly with swift action. She was relentless in assuring that the crown fit correctly allowing for flossing clearance. I loved how she worked. This young lady was quite proficient and professional and did it in record time! My experience was terrific. I highly recommend this practice. The office staff is also very welcoming and attentive. I am very pleased with this practice.

Upon my arrival for my first appointment to access my teeth, I was greeted by the friendly staff and they gave an overview of what I would experience during my appointment. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable, thorough and an experienced dentist; he explained everything during my examination.
