Of course you have your few drivers that sit on the fuel island but nothing like the PFJ! Loves seems to have a excellent standard for cleanliness! Loves restrooms, showers and store are always clean! This location in Madison exit 212 off I-90 in Ohio did NOT disappoint either. Absolutely clean. No smell in the bathroom which is always a plus because we know we all been in some public bathrooms that smelled horrific and lacked cleaning! There is a great selection of things inside - from food, drinks, gifts, truck needs, phone chargers! There's also an Arby's! Every employee including the Arby's each time I'm in there is always friendly! Out front they have pretty good amount of parking in front and side of building. There's 4 or 5 RV spots. I first went to this place to get a wheel alignment (Madison, Ohio on Route 20) and I thought he…read moremay have done a good job UNTIL I have bought expensive low profile tires for my vehicle. after 6 months of driving this vehicle I noticed that the inside tires were wearing really bad. I thought it may have been the tires and bought a more expensive brand of tires and had them mounted and balanced professionally. These new tires were the same bad wear. I just had a professional mechanic put this expensive vehicle on a lift and find out why and document this wear on paper for legal action. THIS mechanic brought me into his shop and literally showed me the tow in of the front, driver's side tire. The mechanic said "I could have eyed this better then whomever did this. This is really bad. This is the reason why you had a bad lower ball joint." I would go somewhere else before bringing any vehicle to this moron.

Plus it's sometimes hard to get in and out of, and it's pretty small. Which is what she said. I've been told by Terry that the truck stop is across the street.
