Well people let me tell you he did not keep his word, they spread it out too thin and in less than 2 weeks we have grass growing through it, he never rolled it either only with the dump truck tires which left ruts. I am an elderly disabled lady and I've definitely been scammed cause Joseph won't answer my calls even after I left detailed messages giving him proper time to come and correct his sorry job. I have his address and phone numbers if anyone else has been scammed by these guys and need further information.

He gave me his business card "High Tide Paving" and I contracted with him for driveway work. He came with his grandfather who taught him the business. Long story short, Joseph did what his grandfather said he should do and not what was agreed to in contract. That screwed up everything as we now cannot exit the house when it rains as water rushes in front of the house, 6 inches deep and 48 inches wide. Joseph promised to come back and reshape driveway according to contract, but 5 months and many requests have passed and Joseph NEVER came back, stopped texting, did not respond to phone calls. Only too late did I see that he did NOT give an address on the business card. I tried to find him, but there are so many false addresses out there for him. I got hold of his mother's phone number, called, but she was of no help. The website is a smokescreen, hire someone else! Also, there is no address for Black Bear Paving. The address the Better Business Bureau has for the company is FALSE (shown in picture).

Unfortunately, earlier this year, we determined we needed an entire septic system replaced, which necessitated the removal of a slit of driveway to connect the transmission line to the new tank. We were pretty frustrated having to damage the brand-new driveway. Luckily, we were able to use Accu-Krete again, who worked hard to get the driveway back to normal. They replaced the slit of driveway that was removed, and also fixed some cracks that were a result of the heavy machinery used to install the septic system. The driveway looks good-as-new. We will absolutely use them for any future concrete needs and have already recommended them to family and friends. Family-owned and operated, they were super-responsive and on top of everything.
