I also had to watch the two laborers constantly to ensure the work was done correctly. All they spent was five hours on my patio to which some of them are already uneven. The day before, I had another company come to my property and provide a quote. They inspected the area and made no mention of mold, fungi, or any major issues. Then this person arrived, quickly claimed I had mold on my basketball court and fungi on my roof, and suddenly raised the price from $1,000 to $2,800. When I said I would be leaving an appropriate review about the experience, the price immediately dropped to $1,800, and then somehow dropped again to $1,500.
