We had used this company successfully for many projects over the last year and considered them one…read moreof our trusted vendors. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very different. Communication became inconsistent, responses were not timely, and the contracted job was never completed despite multiple opportunities, delays, and assurances that the work would be finished. After weeks of waiting and repeated excuses, we ultimately had to hire someone else to complete the project. It was disappointing to see the relationship end this way, especially after so many positive experiences in the past.

Had an appointment with them. Guy shows up, doesn't even say hello, straight up asks if I'm going…read moreto move the cars so they can begin work. I explain to him my wife had to take an emergency trip to doctor and forgot to leave me the keys to her car. Asked if he could just start the back patio and by the time they are done, my wife should be back to move car from front. Doesn't even look at me, turns and walks away and mutters "I'll do another job and come back later." I understand that he couldn't accommodate doing the back first, but the attitude was rude and disrespectful. Won't ever use or recommend again. Update: Let's cut the bs. You had an attitude the moment you walked up to my door. That was before I even asked if you could do the back patio before the front yard (the only thing I asked). Which I was totally fine when you said you could not accommodate. My problem was the ATTITUDE you gave and the way you said it. And forgive me for not texting you that my wife had to take an emergency trip to the doctor and forgot to leave me her car keys. Not something you plan. By the time I realized she forgot to leave the keys, you were already at the gate coming here. You want to only get a review about your work. I have news for you, how you treat and speak to customers is just as important as the actual work itself. So yes, you get a bad review for your bad attitude. Everyone is free to look at my review history and see I leave almost all positive reviews to businesses. This is not something I enjoy doing. And I'm sorry your lack of vocabulary forced you to look up the meaning of the word gaslighting. Now you know what you were attempting to do with your email to me, which I will post a screenshot of here. Accept responsibility that you were in a bad mood and in the wrong. I can forgive that. What I won't forgive is someone trying to turn it around and avoid the blame entirely like you are attempting. Have a nice day.
