I tried to support independent companies as much as I could in this remodel. Kelly at first, acted as if she really cared and stressed their prices were lower than most. She was wrong. They are higher. I remember one day they delivered some base molding and the guy said he forgot a couple of pieces and was afraid I would be angry. I was not. I never did get a refund for that. I was more than kind to all of them, driving more than 45 minutes past other companies to order things. One day I had an appointment with Kelly and a family with kids came in the middle and she stopped mine and helped them, but if I did that she did not do it for me. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this company. I paid more than $6,000.00 to have a brick wall knocked out to put a four panel slider in. The cost of that door was 6300.00 and I had to wait WEEKS to get it. The kitchen could not be started until the door was ready. WELL it came and it had grids in it. I did not want grids and Matthew tried his best to defend that action. I knocked the wall down for the view outside NOT to look at grids. I even offered to pay their cost on the replacement. This is when they stopped taking my calls and everything was done thru texts. HOW rude. And that was when other bad things started too. You cannot deal with a company soley thru texts. I ordered two more doors for the kitchen and one was the wrong size and I had a witness standing here when I ordered it. It would take a couple of weeks to get the correct size so I accepted the smaller door. Then the four panels came that were correct and I had to pay another company $800.00 to take their mistake out and put the correct ones in. You would think since I accepted the wrong doors they would call it even. NOPE I had to pay for the incorrect sized door too. SO I am, out that money. Kelly did not give me my spice rack. I had to text to ask her to send it to me. I went with another company for quartzite instead of the quartz for my countertops and that upset her. She tried to make me feel bad because oh I would be so sorry I did that. NOPE it is beautiful and her top would have ruined my design and cost less than what she was going to sell me that was fake. I spent far too much money with this company to have been treated the way I was. Bottom line they are in it for the money and when they make and you call them on it, they treat you as if you do not matter. Well I matter. I wish I had gone with the company that sold me my BEAUTIFUL kitchen countertops for all my cabinetry and tiles. This company has a lot to learn in regard to how they treat their customer.

The selection of colors seems to be pretty much unlimited. If you want just a simple off white be prepared to look through a ridiculous amount of options. You can select from various paint "quality" options to find the best fit for your budget. At this location they are unable to provide small batches of color samples, which is the only negative in my opinion but Lowe's can do that if you need it.

We contracted with them in 2018 for exterior. They did not finish the sills, but thought this was…read morean innocent oversight. Hired them again. NEVER AGAIN! Do not leave them alone. 1. The windowsill trim outside, you agreed to fix from your last job, was not done. 2. The walls in the basement brown, when I walked it through with you it was to be refreshed with a new coat of white. I was surprised it only took an hour to repaint white, but some of the brown is still bleeding through. During the walkthrough, you said you would be rolling the paint, therefore I did not cover anything. All painters know when spray painting, you have to put up a plastic barrier, so nothing is permanently damaged. Because you did not take the time to block the middle section of the basement, which was easily provided, from the overspray, all of our belongings have overspray on them. 3. You did not turn off our dehumidifier while painting and it froze up and quit working because of the overspray. 4. When I started to clean the living room, stairway, hall, and dining room, I found you painted the trim in flat paint. I left medium luster for the trim and marked the cans. Because we cannot close the business until this winter, I will have to wait to hire someone to repaint. You painted trim for me before in the medium lustre when you worked for me before. You cannot say you did not know. I will have to rehire to repaint. When I talked to Sherwin Williams they said they never heard of trim being painted in flat paint. 5. You took out the mollies for our curtain rods and repainted over. We were trying to make it easy for you to paint, not to remove our curtain rod mollies and patch. It took Jim six hours to redrill and put up rods. All you had to do was ask. 6. You did not cover the shelves with plastic before painting the upstairs. You did the minimum on painting the basement stairway as none of the trim was painted. I left a note on the shelf "do not paint shelf" it did not say not to paint the trim. 7. The ceiling is still bubbling. 8. I went to Sherwin Williams and they said you got a 30% discount on paint. The most expensive paint is $75 with a discount at most a gallon would be $50. I provided you with trim and ceiling paint which you did not use even though you had the instructions on what paint to use. Based upon Sherwin Williams calculation, the most would have been 6 gallons. You charged me $650 dollars for paint, which equates to 13 gallons of paint. I scheduled this job with you two months in advance and expected a professional job. You have cost us so much money and time in this job. I talked to your father, Bruce. He wanted to come back, but after such a soured relationship, I do not want your company back. He initially agreed to $1,000 refund so I can hire to repaint the trim this winter. I told him about the trim, etc and he discontinued the conversation. I can send you pictures depicting the issues.
