Don't recommend working there. I was let go without any reason and got denied unemployment. I found…read moreout the reason through unemployment not the company, and it was things I was given permission to do, like using my phone for work because the provided laptop was unreliably slow. I was cussed out first thing in the morning by Ryan Lawson about wearing a jacket that he didn't like in the parking lot in front of many workers. I was not made aware that the thin jackets provided were a mandatory part of the uniform until that day. I got called a fashiest fucking lumberjack because I had a plaid coat on. Always caught attitude from the women on the front end. Every time I went to Gary for help, he would tell me to just handle it with no advice how to. Gary even told me to tell a customer that would come in every day that we had to stop talking because it wasn't making a sell. I talked to the customer, and it backfired on me because I mentioned Garys name. lots of eggshells there. Make sure you check your machines before making a purchase because I was always advised to sell defected units and hope that the customer would notice the issues and bring it back under warranty for repairs. They don't repair them before selling, and the sales rep is not allowed to mention any defects. Very unprofessional.

I went in for what I thought was alignment issues, but the service team said it was bad tires…read more Being that I know nothing about cars, Keith and Jon explained everything to me. The whole service team was superb. The new software is awesome, it keeps you in the loop from your mobile. I can't say enough about Keith and Jon, they both made sure I was taken care of b4 my road trip home to MS/GA. I trust them with my vehicle. When I return in a few weeks, this will be my go to place for all my vehicle needs... Awesome job team. Oh, and smiling Scott was a true costumer service expert! There was a guy, that made sure I was comfortable by offering me bottle water at every visit. No matter what kind of vehicle, these guys can help.

My fiancé and I visited the dealership Saturday morning after finding a car we were interested in…read moreon Carfax. We arrived around 10 a.m., took a quick test drive, and quickly decided we wanted to move forward with the purchase. From that point on, our experience started to decline. We began working with the finance representative, Jason, and felt that we were not given the level of service we expected possibly due to our age. Although the dealership was small and not busy at the time, we spent several hours waiting with little communication or sense of urgency. We understand that buying a car can take time, but the process felt unnecessarily drawn out. When we finally sat down to review payment options, we noticed discrepancies in the paperwork. The taxes listed were higher than expected, and Jason initially claimed our car insurance was not valid. However, the documentation we provided clearly showed that it was he simply had not taken the time to review it properly. By 4 p.m., we completed the payment review and I wired the down payment. Since it was late Saturday and banks were closed Sunday, we understood there would be a delay in processing. On Tuesday, Jason attempted to contact me while I was unavailable and called multiple times within a short period. Before giving me a reasonable chance to respond or even contacting my fiancé directly, he went as far as calling my fiancé's military leadership. This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Shortly after, I learned from my bank that the wire transfer had been refunded, minus a transaction fee, even though I had already paid one. When I contacted Jason, he was not helpful in resolving the issue and instead placed urgency on fixing the situation without offering solutions. My bank suggested the routing number may have been incorrect, which is concerning since that information was provided by the dealership. Jason dismissed this possibility and incorrectly suggested it could be due to an "international bank." Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the service we received. We felt overlooked and disrespected, and at times, unfairly judged due to our age. Regardless of age, all customers deserve professional, respectful, and efficient service especially when making a significant purchase. To add to the experience, the car itself was not properly detailed. We would not recommend this dealership based on our experience.

The store for a small town is a good way to know others and find good deals. They have mostly what their sister company Ace has including paint and random household goodies. I've never had a problem here, and when you have that confused look, help is there. Recommended? Yep. I have no complaints about the place and will always check there first.

I prefer businesses local business to my Penrose home. I have spent much since locating to Penrose 5 years ago. With the Ace transition, I had hopes to do more spending here. However, not honoring a $5 Bday and $5 Ace rewards cards because it was based on Canon purchases just cost the store thousands in purchases from me. I could and would have been willing to change my home store, but was never given the option. Frankly, the travel time is so close, Ill just go to Knecht Ace in Canon. Apparently, customer loyalty means nothing. Folks at Knecht have always been nice to me, so they will get the bixlz as I continue my house remodel.... a kitchen, bathroom, and a shed rebuild. Canon can supply the plumbing, screws, nails, lumber, fixtures, tools, blades, bits, hoses, wiring, etc. Treasure that $10 saved. Invest it wisely!
