John identified the issue and had to remove the refrigerator. John replaced it with a temporary replacement as he did not wish to inconvenience us (we truly appreciated his thoughtfulness) John repaired the refrigerator and returned it earlier than we were expecting, which we also appreciated. The crew that picked up and then delivered the repaired refrigerator back to us were always friendly courteous and obviously knowledgeable as they had to take it all apart and then replaced it all once again and in perfect order.
