I bought a pellet grill online on ace hardware web site for 550 dollars and had it assembly at the store. On December 5 I got a E-Mail from the store saying it was ready for pickup. excited to use my new grill I rushed to the store to pick it up. Because I had problems with this kind of grill before I spoke with the manager about their return policy and was told to take it home a d try it. got the grill home and it did not work. Called ace customer service and they gave me a case number and said I had 3 days to return it. the manager still refused to accept the return and customer care won't do anything else about it so Im out 550 dollars and no grill read more

The people that work there are friendly however they need to get their prices down. I went in there when I first moved to Diamondhead and I was trying to get a electrical outlet cover but they were selling it for about three times as much as Walmart. read more

If you live in Diamondhead or Hancock Co. this is the local hardware store. I use this place at least 2 times per month. Quality selection. Great location and good selection of goods inside the store. I've used the Flower Shop also inside and they have a good selection of different types of flowers. read more

Positives.. Upon entering we were greeted by an employee which was nice and when checking out the young kid was kind enough. As for the negatives.. As we wandered the store we noticed the shelves were pretty bare throughout the store. Needed help finding a certain type of nail. Some people working here were all in a group talking when we asked for some help. They sent over this guy who appeared to know nothing about nails even though I specified what I was looking for. He was not helpful . Ended up finding them myself. Definitely won't be coming back here. read more

These folks do not like returns. Recently I was sold a bad tube of glue. The product was half cured in the tube. When returned they took $1.00 off my credit which I can only assume was a penalty charge for returning it. So much for trying to support your local businesses. read more

WORST SERVICE . WOMAN BEHIND COUNTER HAS SEVERE ISSUES! .Bought a part for a garbage disposal and was wrong model . Brought back to store and the lady said no go without receipt. Great staff who are always willing to help and the owner is very involved and will work with you to obtain what you need. I have found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Quality of goods is great pricing is reasonable for the store size and location. They have a great variety of goods for sale. It sure beats supporting the huge super stores. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Bought a product that was not properly labeled and after 5 minutes of arguing I was told there was nothing they were willing do. Amazing that they would lose a long term customer over $5. BY ALL MEANS, drive the 10 minutes to Lowe's or Walmart. Not only will you save money on the purchase but the other stores will honor returns. These people don't deserve our loyalty. read more

I was looking for a Weber barbeque and went in and talked to the owner. He was able to give me a better deal than anything I found online. This made me very happy as I prefer to buy local.
