About to build a house so I'm glad this happened before I bought all my material from them.

Outstanding Service at Home Depot Gulfport!…read more I had such an amazing experience at the Gulfport, MS Home Depot thanks to Sabrina and Rena! Sabrina went above and beyond helping me cut my pieces of wood so they would fit perfectly in my car. She was incredibly kind, patient, and so helpful--even helping me load and organize my cart so everything was easy to manage when checking out. Truly exceptional service! Rena was just as wonderful. She was personable, friendly, and super thorough, making sure every detail of my purchase was correct. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way she did. What a great experience overall. Home Depot Gulfport has some truly special staff members--thank you for making my day so much easier!

My only complaint is that when I walked in they asked the man standing near-ish to me how we could be helped. I pointed out that I didn't bring a man to help me and I was there all by my lonesome to pick up and order. The guy behind the counter stuttered for a second but was quick to grab the items and load everything up. I didn't ask for help loading, but the offer was appreciated. Quick service. Everything was paid for over the phone, in advance, so the whole transaction was quick and easy.
