Went their 2 days ago needed assistance need a cart to place my 10' '3" pvc pipe in had 3 different employees point to where they were did not give any help then went to check out the boy at the register couldn't get his scanner to work so he tried to over charge me 9.45 each so I had to walk all the way back to plumping dept to get a picture of the right price. So today I tried to return the 3 piece I did not use, the boy on the register did not ring up the correct items he scanned 1 elbow, their were 3 different types of elbow I purchased. So when I went to return the unused items I could not. So stay away they a corporate run business that don't care about customers they only care about profit!! read more

purchased 68 boxes of tile for .98 per tile (68 boxes) plus $150 delivery. They brought me 68 tiles and charged me 2.11 per tile plus 150 delivery. I rejected the delivery and they didn't return my money or call to find out why I refused the 10 boxes of tile. Then they said the price had increased to 2.11 per tile. Ummm. No. I have a photo. I've always had good service at Lowe's Waveland. The entire staff has gone the extra mile for me. I'm in there often buying supplies for various jobs. The staff is what makes that store. read more

Poor customer service. I ordered a washing machine online. It was in stock in the Waveland store, but delivery was 10 days away. I called to see if I could pick it up, they said yes but would be late that afternoon. I waited, called back and they said it was ready for pick up. Stood in line for over am hour. They said I would not be able to pick it up for several days. Cancelled the order and bought one somewhere else. read more

This store is fantastic. Service is good and no problem with returns. We bought a toilet and were missing the connecting pipes. They quickly opened another toilet and gave us the missing parts. We have had several rugs and loads of rocks delivered and all came on time with no issues. read more

We have been loyal Lowe's customers for many years. Our kids have often teased us that it's our favorite store but the employees at this store have had us going elsewhere. I have yet to meet anyone in this store that had a decent attitude or knew where anything was. read more

So disappointed in tonight's Lowe's trip. I spend anywhere from 1000-2500 a year at the Waveland Lowe's. Tonight's trip was so sub par. I am building a deck and buying joist hangers in this Lowe's. I had a few questions about the screws used in these joist hangers. A man talking to a woman in in the window and door department after my question said to use "any screws that would fit in the joist hangers" Lowe's has about 7,000 different screws. Don't tell me use any one "that would fit". Going to Bailey lumber from now on. Lowe's does not have customer service at all. read more

I am a 69 year old woman who placed a online order for pickup. Received a, ready for pick up text. When arriving it was not ready and would not be ready for at least an hour. After the hour I checked again. I was told it could take another hour, they said they were swamped. 3 hours later I suggest they just load it up from out front. Everything I needed was out there including cement. I was building a fence. Heres what really, really got me. They were unwilling to load it because of Covid 19. They only load into trucks, I have a large SUV. THEN.. I ASKED COULD YOU AT LEAST PUT IT ON CARTS FOR ME TO LOAD? GUESS WHAT? THEY ARE TO BUSY RIGHT NOW BUT AS SOON AS THEY CAN. I asked if I could pull my SUV into the pickup area for easier loading and the SOB's said NO. Only trucks. Long story short... Again, I'm a 69 year old female. I had already paid online and need the products. So I loaded up the 4x4s, and 2x4's , asked again for help. Too busy , sorry. They watched as I loaded up the concrete. By now I'm in tears and exhausted. I just said screw it, drove away with 1/2 my order. I have tried calling the corp office and the store for a refund on the missing half. They said I pick it all up. NOOOOOO. i DID NOT! And I never signed that I did either. So that's my review of Lowes, Waveland , MS. read more

Crook contractor who built my home neglected to treat for termites. 3 years later massive reconstruction is necessary including destroying much of tile floor in 3 rooms. GREG FOX @ Lowes, Waveland went above and beyond to find 8 boxes of discontinued tile from the manufacturer - saving replacement of 2500 sq ft of tile flooring! THANK YOU! read more
